  1. for stock colours....black. There is about a million of these threads on here, and most people just say what colour there own car is. Somebody should do a whats your least favourite stock Z colour poll instead
  2. yeh, standard harness and bulb holders were fine. I had to cut the hole in the bottom of my indicators and mount from underneath, becuase of the different design of the 99spec indictors, but relatively straight forward. A dremel tool would be easiest, to get the right shape.
  3. i relocated mine to the indicators location. had to cut a new hole for them. - 99spec indicators. UK car has sidelight and Indicators where your Jap fog lights were, and have blanks where you have your indicators.
  4. MJP (in forum traders section) for all OEM parts ! Its About £70 + vat Dont get a cheap pattern pump, there are pics showing the poor design differences on here somewhere between them.
  5. Only know 1 Z owner that purchased these and reported feedback - the thing slipped from the moment they got it till they pulled the gearbox and found half the plates had come off the rivets. they make them for a lot of other cars, probably find more feedback on them googling from other car forums.
  6. Product Quality control is a bit iffy at times, like any of the cheap chinese/taiwenese manufactured stuff on ebay, but generally good products for the price and great customer service.
  7. Usually get billed after by couriers, although parcelforce/royal mail tend to ask for payment before delivery and will contact you first.
  8. They are 324mm. Standard size, straight fit without brackets. Anythng larger will need brackets and anything smaller wont fit. Any you've seen that are 280/298/310 are not for the R33 GTR. Just search for R33 GTR discs, there are loads out there. You must buy R33 GTR fitment, its not just the Diameter and thickness thats important, but the hub offset, pcd..etc.
  9. The 328i. Although whats your budget? E46 is quite cheap now and a much newer generation car. E39 also good value and better than them both, but has a differnet image/status. The e36 is getting on a bit now, lots of rough examples out there but even so its 1000x better to drive than the Impreza - which feels and looks cheap and nasty - horrible thin plastics and rattles. urgh.
  10. Swap for a bayside Blue Slicktop TT
  11. From the forum FAQ , first posted 7 years ago :p http://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=41352
  12. As well as the online manual above, There is a full Factory service manual available. I've seen it in PDF form, but cant find it now, and it also appears on ebay every so often...but its around £75 - £100 usually.
  13. Link to all the pictures : http://s23.photobucket.com/albums/b390/paybankz/2011/#!cpZZ9QQtppZZ32 , i think.
  14. Dare Hiro Which are a copy of the Advan TCII
  15. Have you taken a look at the starter yet? Its quite common for the mounting bolts to work loose (and strip the thread, or snap the top mounting point off), causing intermittent engagement issues.
  16. The only hope of accurate data is if they can search by VIN number range, and there are several differnet VIN number types for each version of the Z32. If they only search by make and model then its useless.
  17. Auto, Manual, NA, TT - All the same starter. MJP (in traders section) if you want new, but readily available used.
  18. Pretty neat, with the fuel gauge swap. I have been planning to replace each of the gauges in my cluster, so as above, but speedo and tacho too. Not found any gauges I like yet though.
  19. probably Falken UK themselves ^^^ , or Blackcircles.com
  20. here they are on Falken UK in 255/40/17 for £105 each http://www.falkentyres.co.uk/product.asp?P_ID=304&strPageHistory=search&strKeywords=255/40/17&numPageStartPosition=1&strSearchCriteria=all&PT_ID=all
  21. Your memories are going with old age :p - other than a vague resemblance to the paint it does'nt really resemble Dave chung's or tattoomans old Z's. They were Strosek kitted widearches.
  22. This has been looked into many times in the past - but its pointless as there will only be accurate(ish) records for number of official UK cars left, and not Imports, as all the imports come in registered in all manner of different names. The imports make up about 80% of all Z's here One of mine is down as "Nissan Coupe", and the other just says "Nissan".
  23. Blimey, did'nt realise there were any of them left. I had one about 15yrs ago
