Tyre Pressure
Seem to recall Factory reccomended pressures are 33 psi front, 36 psi rear, (2.3 / 2.5 bar). You can deviate with +/- a couple of psi, to your preference. No need to go any further than that for road use, no matter the tyre size. You certainly dont want to be running 3.0 bar, Will ride and handle terrible and cause increased wear along the centre of the tyre, and no where near 3.5 bar - its quite likely to be over the max rated pressure limit for the tyres on the Z's weight.

Dirtiest Bugatti ever !?

Courier
Used parcel2go.co.uk a lot. Exact weights are not needed - just wether or not its above or below the standard weight limit (35kg) and above or below whatever length limit they state (1.5m?). But all of the above are all the same really - Brokers that tend to use DHL to handle the actual delivery work.

what is your 0-60mph ?
If only it was that simple, but impressive stats. Its a Z ? Good weight reduction and power figure, any more details on it ?

what is your 0-60mph ?
Your limited by Traction, not power. The times I posted were after many attempts at keeping maximum acceleration without wheelspin. On the drag strip, with warmed up Slicks in a stripped car, with plenty of practice, then potentially yes.

One of my Previous Z's : 2+2 TT Manual Induction kit Downpipes, decat and Catback exhaust JD ECU 265/35/17 Falken-452 tyres On stock boost it recorded a 5.5 secs 0-60 and 14.1 secs 0-100. On 14psi boost with the same mods it did a 4.7 secs 0-60 and 11.9 secs 0-100. Recorded using Nissan Datascan Diagnostics.

Petrol flap wont open
Mechanism/cable is not touched when removing the filler cap - I expect its catching from the extra thickness of the paint, seen it a few times before. Get somebody to try and prise it open at the same time as you pull the lever. You may have to try and adjust it on its screws or sand back a bit of the inside edge.

Fuel light?
yeh, the pump symbol is the light.

Nice car mate ..... what is it?
Got asked if it was a Zonda once...my some lads in their late teens  and had small kids refer to it as a "race car".

Question for Diesel Experts
Its more about the Fuel Injection pump failure on diesels you need to watch out for, usually resulting in £1k+ bills for replacement. Its mounted on the engine in a diesel, and injects fuel into the cylinders and has to deal with the pressure and heat conditions. Its the most complicated part of a diesel engine and its most common failure item.

Diesel saloon/Coupe
yeh, the Auto's are apparantly a lot thirstier than the Manual, which is normal for any car but seems to be even more so for the Bmw auto.....but probably the way he drives too LOL Been looking into them quite a bit as my next car, especially mpg info from other owners , and a while back I got the opportunity to drive one from the midlands, down to Devon. I..erm...."abused and Violated it like I stole it !"... and was very pleased to get an avg figure of 44mpg. Also, I think it was car.mad who recently got over 60mpg avg on the motorway in his. The 320d is only supposed to be a couple of mpg better than the 330d from what others have said and lacks the performance and refinement of the 3.0d

bet he doesnt dance back out
LMAO. stupid little ****.
-
Diesel saloon/Coupe
30?....more like 40-45mpg. or 50+ if your mostly doing motorway journeys. For the Manual anyway, the Auto's are a fair bit thirstier.

Diesel saloon/Coupe

Question time, prize for who get's it right in 24 hrs
The Act states that the Law of stopping at Red traffic lights does not apply to emergency vehicles if it hinders the vehicle in an emergency callout, and that instead they must legally treat it as a Give way. The emergency vehicle is at fault in the event of such an RTA becuase they must treat it as a give way. Any vehicle that crosses through a give way and hits another vehicle is at fault. Thats how Give ways work.

Question time, prize for who get's it right in 24 hrs
no. It descibes exactly what i have been saying. It is legal for a emergency vehicle to cross red lights, but it must treat it as a Give way. That document is an act of law. It states what is legal and what is not legal. Part a desribes the law for all vehicles at a Red light. Part B exempts emergency vehicles from this law. All the usual rights of a Give way would ofcourse apply - which is why they would be responsible in the event of a RTA. There are similar exemptions for Speeding..etc

Im annoying myself now LOL , but I've been asked to show you Regulation 36(1)(b) of The Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2002 which proves legal exemption for emergency services, as I've explained above. For future reference : http://www.legislation.gov.uk/uksi/2002/3113/regulation/36/made

Not going to argue, I guess its all about the wording/intepretion used when you receive the training. My brother-in-law is a fireman, and main Driver for his service, and I did look it up, to double check.
