  1. Wise words. Also, take note of the bearing carrier spacers location. Seen them fitted in the wrong place a few times, which will cause similar vibration issues. ^^^ Thats if fitting new bearing. A one peice does away with all of that.
  2. Personally I would get the one peice propshaft. There's not much of a price difference but a one peice propshaft is a lot lighter, and reducing drivetrain weight improves responsiveness, acceleration and reduces power losses. You can go further and combine with a Lightweight crank pulley and Flywheel like I have, and have a car that revs and responds to throttle inputs a lot quicker. A very noticable difference that makes the stock setup feel lazy.
  3. Been using this for years. Comes out as a white foam. Spray on wet or dry, and leave it. job done. Tried others that you spray on as liquid, or brush on - never been as good as the Armorall.
  4. But a major factor for the price increases you mention is Because of the fuel price increases , transport costs of everything is severly affected. Plus many are resellable assets , unlike fuel.
  5. Yep , fit all 6 and have injector rating changed in ecu settings with a remap. Easier just to get a 2nd hand NA injector ?
  6. yep. Drop exhausts Unbolt prop from Rear diff. Unbolt Bearing carrier remove Propshaft Seperate/Unbolt the two halves Replace bearing Refit it all
  7. They've done it - 52 hours and £2,406,648. Incredible. £2.4 million for Charity and Fern in a Bikini crashing the Radio1 website.
  8. The difference is that the Zed has its filter outside of the Engine bay where a cone filter does not suffer from heatsoak like on other cars, like the supra.
  9. You clearly missed or did'nt understand the bit that read "or has done anything remotely deserving of it"
  10. £1.14 million raised so far ! 42 hours in - live on Radio, TV and Web and on his feet the whole time. Incredible! As for the rage - "turblike cretin, total dick" ...etc. Thats a lot of hate for somebody thats never done anything to you or even anything remote deserving off it.
  11. Your looking at the Compressor housng, which is 0.48 AR for both. The difference between auto vs manual A/R is the Turbine(exhaust) housings, and I dont recall it being printed on the housing.
  12. Copy and Paste from one of my older posts :
  13. all, until about 93/94
  14. ah - yep. Hot air. Thanks Jimmer.
  15. 673 is the typical 89-92 Silver z32 Paint code. But as I said - you need to get it from the Vin plate to be sure, and Ignore paint names.
  16. Yeh, thats pretty typical aftermarket wheel setup, with 18x8.5" fronts, and 18x9.5" rears.
  17. AIV Recirculating system, feeds clean/cool air to the cats for emission purposes. You Block them up when you fit decats.
  18. no, only UK cars have a precat, and only on the passenger side.
  19. yeah. on and off. They going to be ****ed if they make it to the planned 51hrs.
  20. The name is irrelevent, different paint suppliers will have different names. You just need your code from VIN plate.
  21. If paid by paypal, then its instant - Unless something broke. edit : nvm ,just seen your other thread. Somebody in admin needs to manuall update it if payment cleared.
  22. You put the pram in the boot. You put the baby, in the babyseat in the back seat. You Put the wife in the passenger seat Job done. The Pram and the wife are the easiest bits. For the babyseat you'll need 3-point belts (UK car or do the conversion), and you'll need a seat that fits properly. There are other threads on this reccomending makes. Ours was one of those Travel system pram car seat things when kids were babies, and then a Brittac (I think) forward seat when older - Had to fill the seat recess with a cushion for the Brittac. btw - We used to take regular weekend trips to cornwall in my previous Z. Thats 2 adults, 2 kids, Luggage for all and our Golden retriever.
