Yep, 1 bar is recomended max...but not becuase of the turbo's, but becuase the injectors are maxing out pass this and the Intercoolers cant cool the air sufficiently. With Bigger injecoctors and intercoolers the stock tub;s are efficient to 16/18psi, although their life would be shortened at that boost.

Yep, there is a great karting track in cheddar, I was trying to organise an event there for March, but timing was bad....definartly a future venue. We have a cheddar gorge meet planned too. :) We have water ski-ing planned for the summer.

does your aux rad fan also kick in when you turn the ignion on? (another sign of corrupt chip or incorrectly fitted chip)

I presume car had been started and driven since chip was fitted, and this is'nt the first time you've tried it ? Its just that corrupt or incorrectly fitted chip would also cause similar problems.

Find out if anybody nearby has one of the Boost leak detectors that were sold in group buy a little while back. Handy tool for finding leaks.

Megan pipes from ebay ? There have been a lot of reports of poor quality Megan pipes (possibly fakes/replica's) on ebay with fitting problems. It will be a case of "making" them fit Im afraid.

Chromed headlights done have much of an affect on brightness.....in fact the light is being reflected upwards rather than outwards. HID's are superb though :bow:

Megan pipes are very popular, the sensors do fit. As said, its essential to get them refitted. Car will be running incredibly rich, affecting performance, mpg and general running.

Friend mentioned that he see's a standard looking red 300zx parked in a company carpark down hambridge lane, everyday on his way to work, plus noticed it at his local gym the other day too...... wondered if anybody here ?
