front bumper
Might not be exciting in a "in your face" kind of way, but its a moden update and a genuine Nissan part. Its not expensive (its only about £300) when you consider its superior quality - made of Polyeurothene so it wont crack and a perfect fit unlike the fibreglass aftermaket bumpers that crack as soon as you knock them and usually cost you more in bodyshop costs to get it to fit properly.

100nx is a fun little car and cheap to run, but the celica is a much better car tbh.

HICAS Eliminator Bars - Where from and how much?
Correct...except for the SPL version that Smithy sells, its more expensive but it does replace the inner joints too. Worn outers still would need replacing though. :( http://www.smithys-place.co.uk/susp.php or do what Im in the middle of doing and replace the entire TT rear end, with a complete NA subframe, diff...etc and tada.......no more hicas, about 60kg less weight and a 4.10 rear gear ratio or significantly improved acceleration :D

Rear Differental Bushings
The diff bushings are just mounts for the diff, to soak up vibration. Your best best would be to jack the car up (or even better on a ramp) in the air and then with the help of a friend see if you can see where the clunk is coming from while one of you accelerates on and of the throttle. The Nismo transmission mount is a better design that the stock one, which is flawed and suffers sagging, it wont improve performance or feel, it will just mean less likelyhood of sagging. However it is firmer so could mean you feel more transmission noise, but I have'nt driven a zed with one that I know has been fitted with.

Auto box diffrence???
I cant explain why yours is different but I have personally fitted a TT autoboxe onto my old NA before without problem, and know that SWZ have done the same many times. You just either swap the bellhousing, or you replace the Ring gear and TQ with TT versions at the same time. They are the same length(or if they are different its never been a noticable difference or warranted a problem) and the output shafts are the same, which can be confirmed by the fact that the only difference with front propshafts is between auto and Manual, otherwise they are the same. Its onlt the rear half that is different for TT or NA becuase of the Differential.

Rear Differental Bushings
Fairly straight forward. Unbolt diff(2 large bolts), seperate from Subframe and then knock/gouge/burn out old bushes and out in the new ones. Replacing the rear subframe bushes is however a right PITA job, as you have to drop the entire subframe.

Manual boost control valve
ok, I was worried you were running around with 20psi on a stock setup..or was recomending it to others. btw - Notice your a fellow SW zed'er ("Hi") your lucky enough to have a 300zx Specialist just down the road form you in Burnham-on-sea. http://www.swzperformance.co.uk

throttle bodies
You need to knock it back in, perhaps with a little locktite. The vacumn pressure is probably pushing it when engine is running.
-
throttle bodies
ah right...in that case it could be the the crankcase breather that has pushed itself out to far and is touching the throttle linkage.....I will find a pic

Anybody after a low-mileage Audi TT...

throttle bodies
If you mean there is a hesitation like the butterflys stick when you first press the throttle then you can remove the large rubber intake pipes and try cleaning the butterflys, they usually get crudded up with oil (from crankcase gases) over time. Also check that they both open at the same time, and can be adjusted on the hinge stops. Its likely that any idle adjustment was previously done with the TPS (small black box) which is bolted to the passenger side throttle body, you can adjust it by undoing the 8mm nuts and move the unit a few degrees with engine running.

Manual boost control valve
hence "typically" ;)

Manual boost control valve
I take it yours is far from standard !? 1.3/1.4 bar (19/20psi) would most definalty not be safe for anyone with stock injectors/intercoolers/turbos/engine !. (and 1.0 or 0.8 will not give you anywhere close to 1.3/1.4 bar..........1.0mm for 1bar and 0.8mm for 1.1 - 1.2 bar typically)
