VG30DETT into one of these?
You took too long...so I checked instead. The TX1 used a Nissan 2.7 litre, I4 diesel engine The TX2 used a Ford 2.4 litre Dura-Torq I4 turbodiesel engine. The TX3 never existed The TX4 uses a VM Motori R 425 DOHC diesel engine Thats enough riveting information for today.

Mario Motors
Nice wheels,....but...erm..Interesting color scheme Based on it age it will have Electric Hicas, rather than Hydraulic. Which is why there is no Hicas solenoid in engine bay.

32 coilovers fit Zed?...
No, the R32 GTST rear shocks use a different lower mount and will not fit. The R32 GTR coilovers will fit though, although the top mounts can occasionally need some grinding due to the different shape, but not always, just depends on the brand of coilover.
-
will a 9.5 et40 18ich fit rear
The Meiser-R's use a 8/6 kg/mm spring rate on the 300zx which is a good road setup, but those from places like K-sport, D2, Megan Racing ..etc use an overly harsh 12/14 kg/mm spring rate, and its the same for certain models of High-end brands too which are more suited to the track than the road.

The offset is ok. 35mm offset would give a flush fit without the risk or arch fouling, which is the same as fitting a 5mm spacer to those wheels. You might be surprised. A Decent Aftermarket complete coilover setup can offer a better ride than a set of lowering springs and dampers. A lot lowering spring kits can offer a harsh ride as they are designed to go on stock spec dampers, which are at risk from bottoming out due to the reduced ground clearance, so they jack up the spring rates to avoid it. Those that dont jack up the spring rates cause bottoming out on bumps which makes the ride even worse. A lot of coilovers use overly harsh spring rates as they are designed around track or drift use, but the Meister-R's use a decent spring rate for the road and offer a good range of adjustable damping and ride height adjustability.. A lot of members have them, see if there is anyone local you could have a test drive with.

265s on 8.5j wheels pics with 245s then with 265s
No, You have gone over the maximum on a 8.5j (255) :p Anyway, for an 8j rim the recommended width is 225-235, and the maximum width is 245.

Looking for a new zed and spotted this !
Depending on exact Manufacturing date its either a series 2 or 3.

I would say that the Digital AC on a series 4/5 is rarer than the AC cruise stalk, although both are rare.

Engine oil viscosity and brand
10w40 (summer) or 5w40 (winter) * Semi or fully synthetic. Pick a brand. *10w40 is fine all year round, but the 5w40 can help on those really cold winter days

That's not flat, its clearly bulging but It doesn't look too bad. Different tyre brands actually have different section widths so could look worse with a different brand. You wont be able to make full use of that wider cross section though, the contact patch will have greater change under load because of the increased sidewall flex you will get from tyres wider than the rims.

Bobgenie's Slicktop. 2014 Makeover.
Im not sure how difficult it would be with engine in either, I did mine on the bench too as I had engine out and had the column stripped already to swap the ignition lockset. Also cant really comment on positive differences in feel as I made so many other changes to the car if feels nothing like a regular 300zx to drive anyway.

I fitted a solid steering coupler to my Slicktop and no vibration or other issues.

Wheel Stud Replacement
Si, according to Dan's previous thread, they are only 8.5" wide rears. 265 would be too wide.

Regional plans for 2014
They also do their Action Day track day events twice a year which I've arranged for the club to go to a few times in the past. About £30 per session.
