Right its guage time and i'm going all digital ! I've had iridium drift guages from the zcentre for some time now and wanted to go all out and get some more so got myself 6 in total now ! Starting with the top cluster : Oil Pressure - Air Fuel - Turbo Boost Bottom cluster we have : Oil Temp - Volt - Water Temp Heres a pic of the top cluster : And the two together : Not sure when i'll get these fitted but hopefully very shortly, Hardest bit and i'd say scarest bit would be cutting a hole in my dash. Going to have a few switches below in a row so that i can turn the whole lot off and for swapping signal on the air/fuel guage.

you mean the aiv, egr or prvr ! pcv is thos pipes and valves each side of the plennum which i think you need !

yeh, but did that less than two months ago, and my black zed had its oil changed on monday, totally forgot i had to change the senders round.

whats the two black caps over the top of the suspension ? on the right side you can see a cable going to the fusebox

Looking to swap two oil pressure senders that are on my zeds, one is an after market sender for my digital guage and the other is stock, whats the best way to do this ? I'm thinking find a bolt with the same thread size or stick a small cork up the whole when i pull the first sender off. Any better ideas ?

They've changed the caddie used for the drive so you'll need a new one ! you can break the old drive out of the old caddie and sit the drive in as shown on many sites and youtube but i wouldn't recomend it to much.

Both the auto's and manual came with cruise an option, ones with cruise will have a cruise button on the right side pod and either cruise controls on the stearing or later models had a stalk. Check your cluster guages to see if there is power or hold lights for the auto or check the ecu as I think its different. You can use a auto ecu in a manual but not the other way arround i think. I'm sure someone will correct me if i'm wrong shortly.

If you want the 250gb version the best deal would be to get the 4gb xbox kinect deal from tescos at £235 then just buy the 250gb drive from eBay for about £45. The boxes are identical and you just pop the hard drive in! I just did that last week for an Xmas present !

If you wanted to make your own proper clocks then you would need to make a way to make the numbers semi transparent to let the light shine through, then make the rest a blackout. One way of doing this could be to do a few prints ontop of each other and each of the blackened areas would be less transparent in each print. Or Do your proper print on photo paper and use some sort of black paint and cover the opposite side of the dial minus the areas that need light to come through. Just an idea !
