  1. That's great news buddy, glad you got it all working.
  2. lol, posted that on my ipad and couldn't get smiley's to work so sounded more serious than intended !:cool2: Not been into gaming much lately and my home rig is more a development and design platform than a gamer system. We do have some exciting times ahead and believe it or not a lot of the ideas coming out are coming from people like us, as a lot of the developers are moving to open source technologies and 1000's of independent low cost developers work better than a 100 highly paid ones do. And the advancements in xbox Kinect recently are also due to open source as when Kinect was first released Microsoft released the source code and allowed developers direct access to come up with new ideas of how to use the technology.
  3. You obviously know nothing about pcs then, far as I believe they will always be one step ahead of the console market, As its pc systems that the games are designed on in the first place also the tech for pcs is way more advanced too.
  4. I'd rather spend £2k on a top end pc than buy a console for gaming!
  5. Happy Birthday Buddy, have a good one !
  6. don't think anyone took it serious enough, we barely scratched past 70 I think. our well at least we got a few signups along the way. shame really as I thought it would be good for everyone in the club to pull together. there's a few hundred fully subbed members and even more regular users, we can try again later and maybe do a mailshot to everyone by email.
  7. Excellent, it wasn't done on purpose and its from 8pm so the early birds over there could log in at 10pm or 12pm but thanks for backing me up and your absolutely right us scots do have special needs  I mustn't have had my daily brew fix.
  8. Hi All, After having some discussions with the other Committee members regarding the current Public Forums it has been decided to open the club up fully to the public ! What this means exactly is that from now on you no longer have to register to read any of the threads within the Public Section of the Forums. :cool2: When viewing the forums without having to log in these users will simply show as guest. These users will also only have read only permissions and they will still have to register to take part in any discussions. We hope this will generate new interest in the club and we expect the search engines should start to catalogue our threads and images so this should increase our search index dramatically as previously they would have been blocked.
  9. You have to be a subbed user to post in the garage, but you can freely post pics here:wink:
  10. Welcome to the club, get some pics up and be sure to be online at 8pm tomorrow to take part in our online members record:cool2:
  11. so about £98 for 5 to one address and £182 for 10, That's £19.6 each if we get 5 or £18.2 if we get 10 looms. Plus say about another £10 - £15 insured post from mine to yours to be safe. A total of about £35 each to cover delivery.
  12. The system detects the old username as been used but does not let me join or reactivate the account.
  13. Sad to say but so am I most of the time, either via my pc or phone. With a co-ordinated effort I think we can break the record but hope we don't break our servers with the extra load, lol
  14. Bump, two days to go so everyone best have the 31st in the calendar !
  15. Never said you were banned just deleted, possible by accident if someone has run an account prune command in the admin console which technically would delete any old and inactive accounts past a certain time frame. so sorry but as it stands there is no way to reactivate that old account.
  16. Hi again, i can see your account in the logs but somehow it's been deleted; that's why it says guest for old posts. Unfortunetly I currently don't know a way if any to recover deleted accounts. ill try investigate why but it's before my time on here as admin, when was the last time you remember succesfully logging into the forums with that user name ?
  17. searched our system and there is no record of that user !
  18. I replied back and asked after there last email based on 5 or 10 so just waiting for that cost too. Not sure why they never said but guessing they never had my postal details as it would be cheaper going to one address then I would resend out to everyone directly.
  19. Had mine done red and never had any issues but never knew there was any plastic in them !
  20. Let us know your old username and I will merge your accounts making the original the main one.
  21. OK, Just got a reply back as follows : So looks like its 10% discount for the first 5 and upto 15% if we get 10 folks in on this deal.
  22. Could be so I've locked the thread as hes a reg user and you've just attracted everyone to it, lol:ban:
  23. This is my old NA next to my brother 110 !
  24. Is the front wiring loom functionality differ between an NA and TT ? The loom in question is the main loom with the fuse boxes and relays that is hooked up all round the front end of all zeds. I've just ripped mine out (carefully) but its not in great condition so was thinking of stripping it back and relooming it as new or transplanting another.
  25. So how easy is it to get the windscreen or tailgate glass out ? I only ask as I've a spare tailgate with better condition glass and on my breaker the windscreen is also in better condition. Lastly whats the costs of replacing the rubbers seals that go all around ? chears
