1. presume so as i'm getting these pics by email from my wife.
2. Front bumper support bar - old vs new. Replaced due to the old one been bent out of shape which causes my 99 spec bumper to not align properly :
3. Need to get the finger out now as just booked my MOT for the 17th August which is only 4 weeks away.
4. lol, I'll need to txt the wife as i'm at work.
5. And its arrived with only a import tax of £35 !
6. on my build thread that you already seen ! :)
7. Don't you just love those words ! My big order from conceptz has landed in the UK, cleared customs and is on a truck somewhere in the west coast of Scotland. :)
8. Ive preferred mikalor in the past but they are so bulky i damaged my bonnet one with them. Not sure whats the best to be honest but im on the hunt for ones that i can tuck the bolt part underneath to hide them.
9. yeh, there is 16 clamps in total that they sent and they were all the same size. Not really liking the quality of the clamps either so going to order up some new one. However as much as I like mikalor they are very bulky, i'm looking for something that I can hide the bolts so that all you see is the bands.
10. Update time ! Starting off with this bloody right side turbo vac pipe, I've been struggling to get this sorted for 4 weeks now. The issue I had was my big muckle hands and no matter what I did I couldn't get into the actuator to fit the vac pipe but patience was a virtue as my lovely and heavily pregnant wife spent nearly 45 minutes getting it fixed. Well done Bernadette :) Used her phone for a few shots show below to see the progress of how far we needed to push the pipe on : Now that's done I started to put back the main pipes running to the intercoolers, nice new z1 pipes. Unfortunately I've just discovered that the hard pipe kit also ordered from z1 came with the wrong clips so I'm 6 missing. Finally fitted the boost controller pipe work.
11. Eventually got it sorted, update on my main build thread shortly. :)
12. Still stuck on this and cant find anyone local to get tge dam vac pipe in place. Its put me behind a few weeks now im at risk of missing JAE for another year running.
13. Ah, Never realised you were using tapatalk. The sales section uses a custom plugin to give a category dropdown which isn't compatible with tapatalk. Lee
14. Did you select the subscribed option from the drop down Menu?
15. Its been a while since we posted in this section but the organisers insist that this discount code be placed and shown to only full members of the club. So here it is : CSCMS15

17. There have been a lot of really good deals going about on Facebook recently so much that you start to question the legitimacy of them all. We all know certain parts for the zed are now unavailable so when a deal comes up for a set of 99 spec headlights which state they are boxed as new and all for under £300 you have to stop and think for a minute. Unfortunately for some people they never saw the signs and fell for this sham and have paid and lost there hard earned cash. So this is just a simple warning to think and seek advice either from us or other users before gambling your cash on something like this. Thanks JaiKai

19. that's a cool idea, but how does it work ?
20. That was a cracking landing.
21. read my guide about doing an aircon swap as its very detailed; Just skip down to about half way : http://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?151390-Series-4-manual-air-con-to-digital-conversion-(pic-heavy)
22. Yeh, In time traveling perspective it was all within a few hours. ;)
23. Exact same as that and I think i'm just missing the cable now.
24. Oh yes, When I started the refurb my initial order was nearly 3k and that renewed all rubbers, lights and a few other bits. I've since spent another £1000 nearly and more to come next year as I want to replace all the under engine and wheel shrouds. I soon need to do a calculation for insurance to show them what I've spent which scares me.
