  1. many thanks :)
  2. No way in hell is that a normal username, seems like a spam account and he is just testing the water. I'll give him 30 seconds to respond before I ban his ass !
  3. Thanks, email is jaikai@300zx.co.uk
  4. Who's got the best deal out there for doing an HPI check. Anyone know any free sites that do it ?
  5. Think the issue he has is that he can't get a static ip :(
  6. That's what happens; becomes well known so they slap a price on it :(
  7. If you broadband is updating its IP every few hours then you have to use a service like dynamic dns. Basically your pc runs the service or the camera has to support it and soon as it detects the change it updates your account. So you would access the camera from external using something like yourname.dyn.com Not used it for years but you get a 7 days trial to see if it works and then its $40 a year.
  8. Yeh, I'll up for it, be good to have a meet.
  9. Well plenty of notice for next year then :) plus on the running up to JAE or the NEC there tends to be a huge banner at the top of the site as a reminder ;)
  10. Thanks for getting subbed up. Now I can say that one of my mates is called Faz so i'll mention it to him you may be selling it. Although I don't personally know what its worth the guy owns about 3 reg plates starting with faz.
  11. The last one in House of Kolors purple cost me £2.5K and I stripped down the car to a shell. That particular paint is a bit higher cost so likely a grand cheaper for normal paint. But depends on who's doing it I guess.
  12. Hi, Best to get your self subbed up before starting a thread like this as more than often it turns into a sale thread. And as your not subbed soon as that happens it will have to be removed. Maybe best to use a reg plate valuation site and go from there. If you decide to sub up then a mod can unlock this thread for you. Regards Lee
  13. Well done everyone and hopefully I will be at next year's.
  14. It will be a rebuild exactly as Purple Rain was; as far as the Phoenix on the rear quarter I was thinking out loud and after I posted it I immediately changed my mind :)
  15. Full respray for the new zed I haven't even bought yet booked in for the 1st February. :) Long wait list so may as well get it booked now.
  16. That's an awesome Tom Hanks movie !
  17. Not changing my forum name; just the name of the zed. :)
  18. Named the new zed but won't be changing my forum name.
  19. Just aswell as you can't on here if your not a subbed member, :) Thanks anyways but i'm after a LWB TT series 4 much like my old zed.
  20. Plan to buy a another zed with a proven shell and engine so will likely sell it on. It was stripped and rebuilt not that long ago so doubt it would be anything serious.
  21. Keeps my mind occupied with something new. may never know about the oil pressure to be honest , I had an after market oil cooler and a sandwich plate for gauges so airlock or some kind of blockage.
  22. Not so much as a those rainbow colours but a very subtle shadow in that location.
  23. Going with the flow with the Phoenix i'm thinking of getting one air brushed onto the rear quarter where the last zed was hit. Below is the graphic I've came up with and also an idea of where I would like it. Anyone have any experience with airbrushing or know any professionals that can do something like this ?
  24. yeh, Was actually the wifes idea as we both thought it wouldn't be right to call it by the same name.
