Door loom can be detached from next to the footwell at each side. You will need to remove the sill kick plate and the other plastic cover. Door handles have two nuts.

Don't need to take the glass out but you will need small hands to take off the small wires for the lock mechanism. Take the door card off and you will see holes that you can get a socket head into. First time you do it, it feels like a krypton factor test. :)

With or without the clutch vacuum tank you still need to connect the lines up to the balance bar. If you have an auto balance bar then just splice into the brake master vacuum pipe with a Y adaptor as I did in my old zed. Just remember you still need a non return valve else the brake and clutch will be fighting each other when you use the pedals.

Sure first pic is a breather tube for the aircon blower.

likely use DHL as they have a depo about 5 miles from me.

Likely be a private courier. I haven't mentioned the contents nor is it shaped like a steering wheel.

Tyres ordered ! Went with 245 and 275 :)

Ordering these shortly but only concern is the look of the 275 on a 9.5" rim i want the same look front and back and i will be getting the rear arches tucked to fit better. Any thoughts i should concider before the buy ?
