Planning on cleaning my unit for an hour and work on my engine then Irvine Car Cruise turned up at my door. 😅 Tempted to push the zed out and show everyone up but at the same time I don't want all these Scottish neds know where my zed is kept. Think I'll just lock myself inside for the night and work on the zed.

lol, forgot she had an account on here, she's away to a Celtic game with our two girls. So a we bit of freedom today for me.Nice wee road trip down to Jimmer's and back to collect my Engine. Wasn't all bad as stopped off at Alton Towers with the kids for a day to break it up. Just need to get this put on a stand and get the turbos needed for it cleaned up.
But I now also have a spare stock and a spare forged 😎It's down at Jimmers.Cant believe its been so long since i dont an update here. What i can say is my zed done more miles today that it has even done in the last 7 years. Pushed it it long term home, loaded onto a tilting flatbed and moved to my own garage in Irvine. Plan now to collect the engine next week and work on getting it fitted soon as my holiday break is over.
It's that time again, when i need to upload all the proof i can for my agreed valuation. Now my zed been off the road since 2017 and hopefully it will be back on the road this year as i get my engine back next week. That been said what does everyone thing the evaluation on this will be or should say my target value. Whole car has been rebuilt including the engine which Jimmer done.
Happy Birthday big man.Most modern head units come with adaptors now. But you can likely pick up a harness for the head unit at halfords too.There is a small amp under the driver side tail gate area, sure there is a way to bypass it.

Lots of options these days, i've got a Pioneer Stereo, dont remember which model to be exact but it has DAB and bluetooth. It looks like a mid 2000 style radio but its doesnt match the style of the zed so i was planning to get one of these : Retro looking and has functionality.

I've been slowly trying to sort and upload the old events but it's hard to recognise the dates and places.I would unplug the fuel pump fuse or relay before cranking it again, until you are sure you have spark.Can i just give all the new International members that have joined recently a warm welcome to our club. Its great to see the club come alive over the last few weeks.Pull one of the coil packs and spark plug, check for a wet plug, If the is full pumping to the cylinders and no spark you could end up hydro locking and washing the bores.
