  1. Kim that is the beast, if you scroll down the page to the quick links you come across this one http://www.carstylingtips.com/114-nissan-300-zx-beast/ and this one http://www.carstylingtips.com/2013-nissan-300zx-beast/ Seems they just cant get enough of jasons car on that website lol http://www.carstylingtips.com/2035-modified-300zx-front-bumper/ http://www.carstylingtips.com/266-nissan-300zx-engine-styling/ http://www.carstylingtips.com/2037-300zx-flared-arches/
  2. LWB, is Turbo, Elbow, cat (or down pipe same bit of tube) center section, rear section, back boxes (on OEM) Or if after market cat back is fitted. Mongoose system is Turbo / Elbow / Cat / Back boxes Other after market systems can be Turbo / elbow / cat / cross over / back boxes
  3. they work wonders for me, bit of heat shrink around them and they are fine.
  4. i think the lucozade bottle should be placed in the rear footwell
  5. yeah it is, but its just cutting through the plastic casing that goes around the wire. if you took the splicing connector off at a later date, all you would have to repair is the split in the plastic shielding and not the lower end of the loom. Ok picture didn't come out to clear, but basically the green block is the 3 wire connector on the main loom already on your car. the purple block is the new 99spec wiring loom to the bulb socket. and the blue blocks are the splicing connectors. at least this way you wont have to hack the ends off and then join them. plus you get the added bonus of being able to reverse this at a later stage with less to do. and you have the original connector still on the loom for both the 99spec and your main harness.
  6. 3 wires from the main loom, 2 from the new 99 spec. splice the positive into the positive using the little clip, and splice the earth into the earth. should only use 2 connections, suppose you could use negative as well, but I'm pretty sure it will be best to earth it. and leave the connectors on the end of the looms edit, let me do a detailed drawing using microsoft paint lol
  7. tbh, i think the easiest option would be to just get the little splicing connectors (as pictured) use them to splice the two cables together to make one, with out the need to destroy anything. shouldn't need to earth it as the neg will go to battery which is earthed on the gear box anyway. then just bung a bulb in a switch on. would also save on shipping.
  8. well, obviously id have to do a multi drop run to keep prices down
  9. See about getting the connectors that splice into the loom with out the need for cutting it, that way you can keep your original connector on it as well. its like a little blue thing with a cutting metal in it and it folds over, then you just press it together and it splices the line and bridges the two wires. then just heat shrink some heat shrink over it to keep the elements out. Let me know the shipping options as well. think ill get some.
  10. lol i might get a small van and start up a 300zx courier service so we can avoid all this. would get to meet a few members as well while doing it too.
  11. Aaah ha. Craig the answer to all your problems is either this OR this http://www.conceptzperformance.com/Cart/description.php?II=2846
  12. aaaah, i thought you meant the standard bulb holder into the 99spec indicator socket (with out unplugging it from the loom)
  13. yeah would be interesting to know. me and Craig had the same issue with royal mail, though no driver has owned up to signing.
  14. same lol, i just left my UK spec indicators in for now till i can figure out a way of doing it so my indicators are on the outside, then i can get some inter cooler ducts from car.mad as i don't have the wiring for front fog lights (wish i did).
  15. Craig i know what your on about, the plug for your light holder has 4 lugs on it in a square formation, the indicator housing for the 99spec has 3 lug holes in a triangle formation. only way to do it, is cut the lugs off and glue the bloody thing in, but before you do that, i suggest changing the bulbs to LED's as they last a lot longer.
  16. lol well its getting sorted out ok :P
  17. way ahead of you on that one matey.
  18. no problem matey, and also take the hand brake off as already mentioned.
  19. doesn't mean I'm leaving so don't get too excited
  20. Me im going to sit and contemplate whether or not to strip my Zed for parts, fix the little bits that need doing and sell it as a whole, or sell it as a spare repair...
  21. Ok sod that then, got enough chavved up corsa, clios, puntos, saxos etc around here to last a life time. to top it off when ever i have the Zed out the garage, and one passes, they always give it the boot soon as they see it, as if they are trying to impress the local wildlife.
  22. i want one of the old WW2 spitfire flight jackets. but trying to source one is a nightmare. lol, ok it was a nightmare to get one back in the day, looks like the web has upgraded since i was last out of the forum http://www.flightstore.co.uk/IRVJACKM.asp
  23. Yep, im trying to figure out why everyone is drawn to that sodding light switch.....:huh: Anyway, anyone can have clean light switches. its artistic to have rollered ones.
  24. quality sticker, might get one for the zed lol
