  1. Dash is 10 bolts if i remember correctly plus dropping of the steering rack, so swapping out shouldn't be too hard if you change your mind later. but acquiring a dash to replace it might be a problem
  2. i like the one groover has in his zed. very sexy not too tall, and mixes well with the overall feel of the dash.
  3. Agree, im not one for bashing peoples cars, but if your going to put a price on something that has been personalised to your own tastes, then at least be realistic with the pricing of it. just because you have added £££'s of extras to suit your own style of what you want the car to look like, does not add to its worth. on the contrary it should be deducted from the price asked. **edit** Isn't a kit car a replica built on a different chassis or a completely different shell, it still looks like a 300zx, just highly modified, not a kit car.
  4. does it do it when the fan kicks in? usually the only place for heat to go is out the wheel arch. my Pug did the same, come to think of it most of my cars did the same when the cooling fan kicked in Does your car hold its temp? if so, shouldn't worry to much.
  5. aah just stick a red stripe down it, you will beat anything...
  6. easy, but 4 bolts holding the fan on, remove the fan its self, the tackle the clutch. easy switch tbh
  7. does the pedal feel spongy? if so did you bleed them properly? (ABS unit, fronts then rears, ABS unit again just to make sure)
  8. Stop it, your making me wish mine was on the road lol
  9. id say wreckless idiot. total disregard for the safety of others.
  10. lol i just copied Jimmys pic to my PC and edited it using paint. Simples :tongue_smilie:
  11. Obviously make sure you have a 12v LED, and that you are using the switch on the ECU 12v feed. If I'm wrong, I'm sure groover will set me straight lol
  12. Jimmy, if you do it like you have in the diagram, the LED will always be on, as you are by passing the switch.
  13. Wouldn't it be easier to get a switch with a LED already inside it? i know my Zed had one down by the dash that wasn't connected, had a LED in it. powered it up and when switched on, the switch its self would light up. *Edit* lol Securicar, must of been typing mine when you typed yours.
  14. I think it would also boil down to how quick you can get them turbos spooled up. though power to weight should help a little. PS, i is got faiths in your skillzors lol
  15. now that would make a interesting watch, might want to book those two into santa pods rwyb and get them down the drag strip. make sure you vid the fooker too lol My money is on the Zed
  16. i dunno, if you check ebay, prices seem to be rising. I blame baz personally due to the amount of cars he breaks lol
  17. get a wheel clamp, and stick the fooker on him, and ask for £400 to release it.
  18. Well she doesn't look 50 mate, tell her happy birthday from me and the family
  19. Agree with stellaZ http://www.paisleyfreight.com/ Used these to send a set of 18" alloys with tyres all for the nice sum of £32
  20. only worth changing if going for divorced elbows, they don't restrict the flow, they help keep the back pressure needed to help the turbo seal, seal.
