The stock gaskets and bolts will hold 1200 HP easy. The only reason you will have a issue with stock gaskets is detonation or overheating. The cyl pressures with detonation is insane and with hard detonation I do not think any gasket or bolt will hold and if it does much other damage will result. Octane and tuning are key! Seems like I would have to ditch my current heads to run OEM gaskets as they have already been skimmed:taz:

From CZP regarding the Tomei HG embossed openings around the oil and water channels,They also hold the distinction of being the only MLS gasket on the market to utilize a sealed firing ring around the combustion chamber, like OEM gaskets. Cosmetic gaskets don't have any of these features

No my block hasn't been bored out. But you can run a bigger bore size gasket without it causing any problems

Little bit of a set back I'm afraid. The Cometic head gasket failed, whilst being mapped. So it's still with Jim, awaiting a new gasket set. Next time round I will be using a Tomei HG set https://conceptzperformance.com/Cart/description.php?II=13851 as I have read a few horror stories about the Cometic ones. I know lots of people run them with no problems, and with more power than I'm running,but when you see the superior design of the Tomei one it's a no brainer!

This pump is capable of flowing substantially more fuel and maintaining higher pressures than a non turbo (NA) fuel pump. We recommend this pump as a replacement for all 300ZX (Z32) models. Well I have decided to sell this very rare piece of kit for the zed. This sub enclosure was custom made by JL Audio it fits perfectly up against the spare wheel recess, with the speaker facing downwards. Yes I know that sounds strange but trust me JL knew what they were doing here. Unfortunately I don't have any pictures of it installed in the boot, but I can ensure you it is a great fit. I will leave it listed here on the club site for a while, after which it will be going on eBay. Collection only due to weight, no offers. £350.00

FYI I ended up cuuting quite a bit off the "return" of the rear wheel arch as when I lowered the car it fouled on it. It does still require a bit more fettling. Good job the GRP is easy to cut back
