Need some advice please this corner nearest front wheel, how does the bumper attach to it? It was so long go I can't work it out, does that bracket come out and the bumper go in between the wing and bumper?

BRAND NEW - Early style injector sub harness
Early style injectors, this Wiring Specialities harness came with my EFI harness from CZP, I required a different harness so this is redundant. I need to fix the damaged studs on my wings, before putting the bumper back on, and I'm going to put riv-nuts in, once i've drilled out the broken studs, but can anyone post a picture of how the bumper point attaches nearest to the front wheel. The one with the bracket that goes inwards towards the engine please? See pic below [ATTACH=CONFIG]81913

Is it neccessary to use a special filler (P40 or similar) to go over fibre glass matting, or will P38 Isopon do? Read to much on it now, and even more confused than when I started
