ECU compatibility... Will a Manual tt 95 (Series 4) ECU work in a same 91 (Series 1) car? cheers...

first thing to check is that the gator at the bottom of the gear stick may have come loose... just make sure it's on right.... aside from that (if it isn't that) an oil change is a good place to start but it could also be a clutch issue.. good luck.

my BOV's are in the engine bay on the turbo to intercooler pipe ..... because of the Y pipes I bought... like vod says... whatever floats your boat... :)

yeah, agreed that's why they became Lexus.... The JZ1 (tt) is a good engine (once you sort out the crap turbo system and rubbish exhaust, intercooler & induction). my mate has all that and a T4 conversion and the car goes like stink....( he could do with better suspension, it's a bit too luxury and sloppy). however the money he's spend would get him a 300zx ready to go.

and how do you them control the pressure on the rails without the return regulator and outlet? I don't know but I think there are possible problems there.

Mmmmmmmm, I may have found the problem... front near side indicator bulb holder pushing on the intercooler rad.... wire, even though countersunk into the plastic rim still managed to have a bit of bare wire. crap job at fitting the intercoolers... I'll have to have the bumper off at some stage and do them right.... Ok now time will tell... all known appendages crossed... thanks to all who gave advise.... :)

AAAAAAAAAAAHhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh....... worst fears.... half way up the motorway this morning the indicators stopped working again.... I assume the fuse is blown again and I pray that the flasher module is still OK (but I doubt it) ... another £17 down the drain.... back to the drawing board...
