You are wrong,the cap has a poppet valve that lets water flow back to the rad when cool....:tt2:

Some snap-on models do have video capture,would be interesting!

Take off the tank but but DO NOT block the overflow pipe!-just use a nice bit of silicone and route it down to the road.I used an uprated Rad cap on both the v6 and v8 with no problems.

Just a pointer.......the write up says to use pin 48 for the nuetral switch but it should be 44.:wink:

Well said, you don't need a forged engine to run NoS.Bad set-up is to blame for most blow ups!:ninja:

Have a shufty through the local yellow pages/thompson etc and find a locksmith.We use an independant guy at work and is A LOT cheaper than the stealers!!:wink:

TBH Baz,that's awkward to fill,I would make a panel to mount the guages in and flush that to the console.......

Strange,could be lock/tab washers-I just use thread lock when changing track rods.Might also be a generic pic?

Only other option to be sure would be to take the whole assy to a prop specialist and have em' balance it.Not too expensive and it will be bob on!

Usually piss poor maintanence is the primary cause for failure,oil and filters not changed etc.As for repairing them,it's a specialist job with many special tools needed but I reckon around 90% could be. The problem is at around £2-2.5K for a rebuild it's just not viable.
