  5. not the same make of car i know but did an engine swap etc in an old mitsubishi i had ran the same as you have described would start idle low miss and run like sh*t eventualy found it to be an air leak on the intake manifold have you checked yours to see if any air leaks, wont be easy to hear on the zed engine so try a weak solution of washing up liquid and water sprayed around the intake gaskets and pipeing hope this might help you out a bit
  6. my prop is made up from tt front prop and na rear prop so was bound to have a problem somewhere ps groove you have pm other site thanks
  7. i cant see how different profile pads would make any difference to make full use of the pad you would have to grind or machine the calipers, and have different brackets, before you ask the leading and lower edges of the caliper are only about 2mm from the discs outer diameter, and i certainly wouldnt recommend grinding or machines calpiers for the fact it would weaken the overall strength, you could either stick with standered pads knowing they will wear like that and upgrading to decent calipers at a later date/ or downgrading discs to standered most expensive new calipers and disc specific designed to fit the zed correctly
  8. hi groover has new centre bearing and gearbox mount so i know it is not them
  9. i brought my zed with brake upgrade has 340mm discs tt calipers and the same looking bracket i too found that my pad have the over hang due to the fact you cant mount the caliper any closer to the disc, IMO it is poorly designed and soon as funds allow am upgrading to brembos, saying that even with the overhang brakes feel better than standerd but tend to fade when in and out of roundabouts and turns near me
  10. i just fitted a tt auto box in my car found the prop was larger splined had to sorce another prop you will need to get it balanced though have had to take mine back off to get it balanced as felt like being sat in a massage chair lol all the best
