  9. use a good contact adesive not a cheap spray glue
  10. the TT oil tree where the filter is should have more pipes due to the oil cooler IIRC than the NA
  11. that rust does not look to bad you might get away with cleaning with a wire wheel and then using a rust treatment on it if the hole is deep would need welding as within 20 cm of suspension point
  12. check the PCV pipes on the rocker cover front the metal ones look like 90degree metal bent pipe make sure they havent come out and are fouling on the throttle linkage

  16. http://www.ttzd.com/tech/ictech.html missed the link out lol
  17. you said you have a hiss on the N/S front being a tt you will most likely have two intercoolers on either side of the front bumper check the pipes by unbolting the mud shield if you have them only the front would be needed to be loosened, also remove the headlamp panel between the lights check the intercooler pipes under there as well sounds like you might have a split pipe or clamp loose blowing the pipe off this wont help on the problem but will show you where intercoolers are
  18. i thought you were on about the nut size not the thread size why not try a pitch gauge and then goto and engineering firm they should be able to sort you out some nuts for the right pitch thread

  24. poss turbo oils seals or pcv blocked/worn
  25. use a proper spring compressor for definate dont cheat not worth the risk adjustable shocks for fine tuning to your comfort and your personal preferance on road holding new dust covers dont come with shocks but you can buy them might be able to get them from demontweeks risks from botched spring compressor least painfull brusies to loss of fingers or other parts of the body but mostly likely hospital job if goes wrong DEF DO NOT RECOMMEND
