Have you had your plenum polished - maybe the balance bar mounts have been 'ground' and are now uneven.

Have you managed to get your car and all of your property off of there premises now Jaffa?

Looks like 2 units welded together horizontally to me! Have you mailed them to confirm otherwise? It would be good to check how many cubic inches you actually have there and compare with the stock units. Also Charge per square inch, Fin Density, charge side square inch minus fin density all need to be calculated so you can work out the possible pressure drop, temp in/temp out/intercooler efficiency figures. It may look pretty but you may be worse off!

Maybe the O-Rings are missing [where the balance bar meets the upper plenum]?!?!?!

Erm yeah thanks man - but this is the original setup - not the simplified setup that is shown above - all I want to know is given that I have the simplified setup - DO I NEED THE BOOST SENSOR connection - or is that someone's error (or maybe a NA setup)? My car is as per th efirst diagram - but with a boost sensor. Cheers again.

Hi, My ZED has been cleansed of all unwanted tosh and the vacuum lines are simplified as per the drawing below BUT... with the addition of the Boost Sensor still being connected to the balance bar - which is NOT shown in the drawing below! Is this an error in the drawing - or because I have an AUTO?? :o

Hiya Matey - fairly locally in Hounslow area. Happy to hook you up if your interested - but I am sure you could find a local metal plating company in lovely Essex ;-)) I basically researched what was available locally, visited a couple of factories, and finally placed a couple of test pieces with a couple of the metal platers/polishers that I thought I could work with direct. Finally selecting one to give the bulk of the work to. I get very good prices because generally I polish/prepare the part ready for cleaning/plating where possible. The labour is in the preparation - like everything else I guess. ;-)) Hope that helps.
