As ive said on the Vagina water meet, i cant make it because it falls on the same day as the Phoenix meet, as the organiser i best turn up. Ill check my work roster to see if i can do the April Castle Coombe meet, but im deffo going to the Z008 meet
  2. Im pretty sure you dont have to pay tax on a monetary gift.

Sod the rescue mission, how about an Invasion!!! I saw this in athenes garage the other day!
  4. If one of use is exactly right, is there any point getting others to guess Come on... spill the beans :D
  5. Im going to guess its lighter than Nissan suggest. 1603 kg including you and liquids
  6. That is awesome! I will admit as much as i respect the DS as an absolutle classic, i never really liked them. But the ideas a craftmanship gone into that is Grade A. Good find!
  7. I always thought the LiNK system was always well liked, and gave as many options as the AEM system
  8. Hold on, so i try and help give possible reasons why SE attendances have been lacking for a while, and yet i get shot down, twice. So i post a sarcastic reply, which then gets edited because its not helpful. So enlighten me, what would be helpfull? Fair enough if people complain that there are no meets that suit them, i can see that being annoying, but if people aint going to come, they aint going to come and no amount of "polite notices" are going to change things.
  9. Thanks that was really helpful :slap:
  10. I have to say the biggest thing i notice about the SE area, it seems to be left completely to the REO, no one else seems to arrange regular meets in the area! I think that makes a big difference IMHO
  11. Mate its not an easy job, youll never keep everyone happy. But it still early in the year. I had 30 people say they would come to the Phoenix meet i arranged, but only 6 turned up. Yeah i was a bit miffed, but i aint the time of the year fella. Chin up Nick
  12. I used to be on V1 of this list, so i think ill stick myself on this one as well. Nick (nickz32) - Hook Hampshire - Currently zedless, but soon to be - anywhere within an hour or so's drive
  13. Its in now! fooking ace!
  14. Oi, form an orderly que, im first to spank that ass!
  15. you got a link to the old thread?
  16. Something im going to do, is something that i think is a nice little touch on the new BMWs. When you unlock the car (remote central locking stylee) they have a couple of sort of cool white LEDS under door handles. Theyre not very bright but enough to gentley illuminate the underside of the door handles. It may sound tacky, but in dark or unlit streets it proves itself very handy! Ill take a pick tomorrow night when i get the 3 series convertible we've currently got back, and youll see what i mean
  17. Just out of interest Si, why do you actually want to fit these. Looks or function?
  18. I use parafin on wheels for general cleaning when theyre not too caked. Just as good as wonder wheels, no where near expensive. Armour-all rubber cleaner seems to work well with mud flaps. I prefer Meguairs NXT Gen metal polish over autosol, requires less rubbing in and gives a longer lasting shine.

Have a word, ive already arranged 2 meets this year, and thats not including reminding everyone about the Reading Meets!
  20. Well, the attendance was not as hoped, but in fairness, it was bloody cold and it was ment to hack it down with rain!!! Cheers for taking some photos marco and the zed is looking very good considering the prag you had, just after you left the car park emptied out a bit and managed to get a line up of the cars that turned up. Didnt manage to get a photo tho, but never mind. Cheers for coming down Mark and Andy, will see you at reading in a couple of weeks. I think we've got the building blocks of a really good meet here, so keep your eyes peeled for the next meet Nick
  21. Would love to mate, but this clashes with the Phoenix meet i organise, sorry.
  22. 100% off, gives a whole new edge to your motor!
  23. To be honest mate, im expecting around 30 cars, but it all depends on the weather, most of the replies have been "ill come if the weathers alright". Regardless Ill be there. Nice to meet you silverbullet, did you get the bar maid to beleive youd come down from scotland! :D Mr Isherwood, FIRST SUNDAY, NOT FRIDAY, dope!
  24. This is the thing with america, insurance for these kids is nothing, you see so many of them driving nice motors at the age of 16 17. its ridiculous! You should only be able to drive performance once you shown you are capable of doing so. Liams spot on. it should be like bike licences, that you have to progress from small cc bikes to mid sized before you can jump on an R1 or FireBlade. There is just no substitute for experience. Saying that, the kid could have easily have been in an old shit box tyring to get it flat out and left the braking too late, and the result would have ended up the same
