  17. Could you give me some advise on rebuilding my engine. Ive got it all stripped and need to work on the heads and block ready for new gaskets and reassemble. Will working the heads and block with 1500 wet and dry do the job until i have shiny surfaces to rebuild. Or would it be better to take the heads to be skimmed and would i need to take all the valves out to do this. Any help and advise would be good thanks Marty
  18. I think its 8mm too :)
  19. yep ive used air tools before but with no heads on there is no resistance in the cylinders so i could turn the engine over with one finger
  20. It is potential for my shell im rebuilding so time really isnt a problem the garage can have it for a while when i work on the engine just not sure if it looks ok on a LWB
  21. Not sure if this would work on the 27mm damper bolt as the engine was turning and i needed to stop it :)
  22. i just needed to get some M10 bolts in there to hold the flywheel steady so i could get the damper off the other end as its on the spare engine. All done now will be getting Nismo flywheel bolts much cheaper
  23. sounds like plenum bypass just done mine the coolant pipes should bypass the plenum and throttle bodies and then run straight to the turbos instead
  24. Has anyone got a lower tail skin on their LWB zed? I was after seeing what it looks like im thinking of either that or the perspex strip Marty
