I was under the understanding that it was Ashspec that made the first electric fan kit for the zed before all the copies came out and that is why im fitting one to my zed. I have heard good things about them

Ive been looking at getting one like this too. Someone on here has one or knows of them as they commented on it before when this was asked. IIRC the comments were good and it did exactly as stated try the search and dig through to find previous threads :)

I am putting nos on my other tt maual zed with alot of other supporting mods like the drivetrain and engine. I wouldnt see point on an auto or a n/a may as well just get a turbo for extra bhp

The more smoothed lips i see the more i think it looks right and just gives the sleek look.

Ive never been a fan of the 99 spec spoiler i think it is slighty too short in width for the car from pics i have seen. I do think the tailgate skin will just add enough to the rear for it to work on a lwb as with the perspex panel the rear end looks a little abrupt however it is good to see some pics of what has been done already and everyones opinons are alwasy welcome. Hey folks im getting ready to put my shell in for a respray in black and i have quite decided what to do with the rear of the tailgate. The OEM spoiler has been removed and ive been throwing a few ideas about. Do i go with smoothing it down and fitting a perspex panel on its own, fitting a tailgate skin, or something else or a combination of the other two. Comments and pics appreciated please. Marty

From what i have seen with shell V power it is 99 Ron thats why i always use shell and get the points on my V power bonus card :)

I run with shell V power with mine (99 RON) and have had no problems but i do know what it has been mapped for

if you want to know what is going on with your mines ecu get in touch with Japan. I dont know of anyone in UK that can figure out a mines ecu as i have one but they are normally aggressively mapped for higher octane fuel but are very good tuners in Japan even though loads of people are against them on this forum and others. Places around will do your wheels for about 300-400 in different finishes. That is the price i have been quoted to get my 19s done black chrome and i think that is quite reasonable for a top quality job Marty

how long do you try to start it? Mine takes ages to start however my compression is very low

right turbo is a pain in the ass to change with engine in but left is quite easy however like someone has said before its worth getting the engine out just to make sure you dont miss anything and then you can be happier with the job
