  3. Certainly do mate, they're £17 delivered also lets you remove the HICAS solenoid jobber from the engine bay. PM me if you want one.
  4. Another way to look at is; If you use the fluid bypass pipe I sent you, you don't need an N/A pump or ps pot :whistling:
  5. I'm needing to replace the seals in my '93 UK Brake master cylinder, is this kit what I'm after? http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Nissan-300-ZX-Brake-master-cylinder-repair-kit-BRM1115-/270461728426?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item3ef8c676aa My BMC is made by Tokico. cheers Dave
  6. You might still have a series 1 ptu mate, my 93 S2 has a s1 PTU.
  7. Yeah you can stll get POR-15, I'd give them a clean removing surface rust, then spray them with dinitrol converust, and hammerite away.
  8. That is just the tensioner mate, You need to get hold of a loom and wire it in. It's a pretty easy job to do (well, I did it! lol).
  9. I got caught once. In hind sight that church meeting probably wasn't a good idea :shifty:
  10. Have a look in the FAQ section, there's one telling you how to do it. HTH
  11. just replaced the seals, but pistons and bores were fine and clean when I re-fitted them.
  12. So could this be causing the binding problem, or is that another issue?
  13. I hadn't thought of that doh :stupid:
  14. Cheers mate, I'll do it that way tomorrow with the cap off! lol
  15. Had a read of that mate and the only thing I have done differently is the bleed order; I went rear left, rear right, front left, front right, ABS rear, ABS front. They went; Left rear, right front, left front, right rear, ABS actuator front, ABS actuator rear. I also had the fluid res cap on when I did it. Could this be causing my problems?
  16. Good idea matey. That work is shocking :gun_bandana:
  17. I'm having a couple of issues with the brakes but first a bit of history. I've refurbed all 4 callipers and put new seals on them all. I've also replaced the brake lines from both rear callipers and some to the ABS actuator as well. I've replaced the rubber hoses with HEL SS hoses all round and finally I flushed the old fluid and replaced with Motul dot 4. The problem I'm having is that the brakes are binding (all of them!) and even though I have bled the system following the manual and no air is coming out, the pedal still feels a bit spongy :confused1: All I can think is that there must be an airlock somewhere? There are no leaks coming from any of the connections, however there is a sucking type noise coming from the rear somewhere. All the pistons were cleaned and working fine when I tested them with an airline before fitting them. What have I done wrong? Help
  18. I'd forgotten about that one :sailor:
  19. Welcome matey :)
  20. The jdm had a Z badge on the nose, UK had the Nissan burger badge. The jdm rear had NISSAN then FairladyZ after it on n/s, the UK just had NISSAN. Both had Twin Turbo on o/s side (TT's only obviously. lol)
  21. I'm a complete nutter too, I've even got a certificate from the government to prove it :1eye:
