  1. Classic film, hated the ending though..
  2. Vinz, So sorry to hear that bud. My thoughts are with you and your family.
  3. Saw you yesterday, I was in the blue oil burner estate in front of you.
  4. Very, it just connects to the vacuum line between the balance bar and the original sender. The gauge will come with the T piece for connecting it up.
  5. Vauxhall will charge you over £70 quid just to run the scan mate. You would be better off going to garage you trust.
  6. That's the ones I have mate, they do look good although the boost gauge is a mechanical one so doesn't have the opening ceremony. Also a bit hard to see in bright sun light.
  7. bleedin 'ell.... Where did I put mine?? I've also got the cd player. Must be worth at least a grand!
  8. Most guages come with the senders they need, however you will probably need a sandwich plate between the engine and oil filter to connect an oil pressure sender. Gauges are generally easy to fit; You run the +12v, Ground and dimmer wires of each gauge together, then connect them to the corresponding wires on the car. Mechanical boost gauges have a vacuum pipe that connects into the balance bar via a T pipe. Water temp is a single wire that you can solder onto the sender on the hard pipes at the front of the engine. HTH
  9. I've got both and they look fine. I don't like DIN mounts as I find they take my eyes off the road to much, which I really don't like.
  10. Pity that doesn't happen more often!
  11. Yeah, but mainly steroid abuse.
  12. Good story mate, Pound for Pound the strongest wrestler in WWF!! His son is in WWE.
  13. thats a beauty mate, don't like the car tho'....
  14. Bugger I don't know what to do now
  15. Check the manual mate. What I've done is put the car on 4 identical ramps on level ground, I can then get under to do the torquing.
  16. Your supposed to have the boot as it will be when driving i.e. tools, space saver, etc and a full tank of petrol before you torque the bolts up. Otherwise you'll put strain on the bushes and bugger them prematurely. :detective: what r u like :chinese::winkiss:
  17. Think the auto is less fuel efficient too. Those figures are not that far off the factory ones.
  18. What is the "normal" gap between the top of the 16" stock uk wheels and the rear wheel arch with standard springs? Need to know if I've put enough weight in the boot before I can do the final torquing of the rear axle bits. Cheers Dave
  19. Ultimate Warrior is a right nutter these days... Mind you he was a nutty barsterd back then as well. Undertaker for me, then and now :sailor:
  20. I do feel sorry for people that have genuine problems spelling. Why can't they use a spell checker though?
  21. NO escort is worth that much..........
  22. The Police won't let me anymore :asshole::innocent:
