PayPal survey email scam
If you route your email through Google (Gmail), it will filter out 99.9% of this rubbish. Obviously there is a "price" to pay for using Google, but you have to balance the cost against the benefits.

Citreon XM wanted. why?!?! you may ask :)
I'm a bit of a secret Citroen lover (well not that much of a secret really). Had a couple of Xantias and would love some of the more interesting ones. Did you know Citroen invented that herringbone/helical gear that is in most gearboxes ?

best way to clean
I'd guess that this is mainly rust staining, so I would try some sort of acid, battery if you have nothing else, brick acid perhaps, plumbers pipe acid - anything like that really.

Out of date Baileys...
The alcohol will preserve it, otherwise the cream would go off in a coupe of weeks. If it tastes ok, it'll probably be fine.

I'm not used to this......
Early PTU's can fail in two ways, either a single cylinder packs up or all six pack up simultaneously. I would certainly replace that to start with, even if it's for peace of mind/reliability for the future. I did mine years ago.

just done a cold compression test
Well the figures aren't catastrophic, so a wet test will now tell you a lot more. I presume that you will get a higher figure on 6 when wet, indicating either bore, ring or ring land damage. No difference would suggest valves, but that seems a little less likely.

Got a nice new car for the day....
