I have a feeling, but I don't think I have ever conclusively proven this, but the NA ECU does not have the boost control circuitry. So you can run an NA on a TT ECU or you can run a TT on an NA ECU, as long as you have a separate boost controller. I know that is true, because it's what I do.

I use GiffGaff, £10 a month for unlimited data, unlimited txts and 250 minutes, no contract so essentially Pay as You Go - which is good because they have to be nice to their customers in order to keep them ! I provide my own phone and I think it's a winner. There are a couple of other companies which do similar deals now. GiffGaff to GifGaff calls don't count in the minutes of course ....

I got a poxy Vauxhall Meriva last week. Turn on the ignition and instant tourettes ! I don't believe I have ever driven such a nasty, gutless, useless, annoying, irritating, nagging piece of cak ! And for all the lack of performance it only did 42mpg. My Audi A2, with a smaller, three cylinder engine is significantly and I mean significantly, faster and does over 60mpg.

The Nissan Consult port, which is probably not ODB (and certainly not ODB-II) is probably not powered and not a standard interface so you wouldn't be able to plug anything "standard" into it. So I think you are pretty much limited to a cabled connection.
