  1. Sounds like piston slap to me. I'm surprised people still use circlips, we moved to teflon studs on the bikes 20 years ago.
  2. I generally label my chips. You ought to be able to tell whether it has a socket, but if it has and the chip isn't labelled it could be anything.
  3. Those look like the correct plugs to me. Also that device is the Throttle Position Sensor.

  9. Well there are stacks of autos here running that level of boost. Not aware of a graph that compares the efficiency of them though, although there must be one somewhere.
  10. The main one is one of those cylindrical things with a metal cap on each end. Presume the map light is a w5w from the picture above - similar to the instrument lights etc.

  12. Certainly looks like the right one to me, pin 23. Although in the manual it's supposed to be a white wire there.
  13. Yeah, presuming it's bits of the clutch pack plates. It blocks the filter after a while and consequently you lose drive. Guess if you flush, clean it out enough times that may stop happening. But ultimately the clutch plates must be toast.

  20. Don't bother, just save what you have, the rides section will be replaced when then forum software is upgraded within a few days.
  21. What it makes you realise is how far from white the 'pearl white' is.
  22. There are two versions, one very old that is basically a windows 3.1 application and one much newer that is Windows2000 with self installer etc. Sounds like you may have the old version.
  23. The ones I'm thinking of are the metallic graphite kinda colour. Very cool. But could save me a stack of cash if they don't fit !
