  2. too true, i have devin chip upgrade headers and full decatted ststeel exhaust system, full unorthodox lightweight pulley set fidenza flywheel, egr removal apexi filter and i made 241 bhp at the fly 210 lbs of torque. stock was 210 hp after a service it made 216 hp so consistant results with regard to my servicing upgrading
  3. 42 litres of pleasure all locked in one garage!
  4. same at as a tt build not much in it i reckon. 2k + depending if your paying someone to do it or build yourself. just over 1k if diy all guesstimates

  6. Nice, another Stillen lip in the group, the quality is top notch isn't it! Love the look Richard. A sweet z you have there.
  7. I have a nitro truggy which I purchased off of mark, awesome bit of kit and very fast, a 3cc engine and sounds the nuts when screaming them off at over 30k rpm.
  8. Phils did it before the conversion so not a good comparison Steve

  12. Nice one Damian, it's a bitch to do the doors isn't it!
  13. I did mine when I took my gearbox out, most difficult bit is removing the egr pipes from around plenum, I cutine with a junior hacksaw as far back as I could, then removed and blanked off holes in plenum
  14. You need a non return valve really for it to be affective otherwise your reducing vacuum to the brake servo which can be dangerous
  15. I think they look awesome baz :-) a tad jealous
  16. I didn't think the targa roof bar was interchangeable from swb to lwb, thought the targa glass was a different curvature, if it does then I'm gonna look out to replace my one now from an estate version.
  17. standard tyre and wheel combination tbh i have it no probs at all
  18. Nice what you doing with the old one :-)
  19. Idle should be about 900 rpm when cold and between 650-750 once warmed up iir 1500 when cold is too high, also check tps to correct voltage
  20. Give the idle speed adjuster valve a clean, passenger side back of plenum. Good place to start as they can get gunked up
  21. Never heard of that happening but it's not to say it never has, did you torque it up correctly?
  22. Gunk is good if you agitate it with a brush after its soaked, then use some more gunk to wash off.
