the black sealent is standard nissan fitment, you have to replace it otherwise you have a pond in your boot!!

This is discusting! Caz and I rent privately and can honestly say we would never leave a place in a state like that. Our last flat we cleaned thoroughly and even painter where needed. We even moved back into a rented property we previously rented and the landlord bent over backwards to help us out like you did, fitting central heating and new boiler etc. he knows we will look after it and do stuff to improve the property when needed, when we first moved in the kitchen was dis but I redesigned it to make optimal use of the space and he paid for it to be fitted, I feel for you fella as there are many who would take the piss but please don't let it set the standard for us normal tenents, but i suppose I am a soft southern shandy drinker.
