change the hose with new and a new clip. the rubber has probably gone hard. common problem with these cars. also check the fuel hose at the front of the engine looking between the plenum and the throttle linkage, the pipe joins the two sides of the fuel injector rail, they leak there too, its a bitch to replace!

managed to get some time today to polish up my new plenum which i purchased off of andy isherwood, got to say he did an amazing job polishing it. can also say there is no way on this earth would i have had the patience to have polished it initially. just buffing it back up was bad enough!! :yes: thanks andy, this is gonna look the dogs on my new motor :thumbup1:

i didnt buy cheap shit bearings for a major suspension component!

yes i have replaced the ones in mine, easy to do but make sure you use a little loctite on them when you put the new ones back in. bearing cost about £30 for both sides from a local supplier. i had the exact same problem as you have , the squeek was driving me nuts!

steve i have 6 new coil pack connectors on my old loom, if you need them. also some of the injector ones are new. yours if you want them or fight with phil for them :)
