Scottish independence and The United Kingdom
For Scotland to be a member of NATO they would have to agree to the nuclear sharing policy. That is is a concept in NATO's policy of nuclear deterrence, which involves member countries without nuclear weapons of their own in the planning for the use of nuclear weapons by NATO, and in particular provides for the armed forces of these countries to be involved in delivering these weapons in the event of their use. This would go against the nuclear free Scotland that the SNP has stated it wants. As for membership of the EU, membership of a new country has to be agreed to by all existing members. Several EU countries have their own separatist and/or independence problems - Catalan separatists, as well as pro-independence Basques in northern Spain; Corsicans who want to break away from France; and Flemish speakers in Belgium demanding more autonomy, independence or union with the Netherlands. For those countries to agree to an independent Scotland joining the EU would surely be a green light for trouble at home.

Before you attempt that procedure, make sure you don't have a dry joint on the PCB. That was all I found on mine to fix the problem.

Hicas
Simplest way is to use a ConZult. Otherwise you can follow the complicated self-diagnosis procedures in the FSM: http://www.300zx.co.uk/tech/manual/manual/st/073.gif (and following pages) http://www.300zx.co.uk/tech/manual/manual/st (HICAS pages start at st-43)

torque settings for fly wheel
Nissan give the range of 61-69 ft-lbs for flywheel and 25-33 ft-lbs for clutch cover. I normally just take the mid point between the two figures - 65 and 29 in this case.

Wheel colours, opinions please.
Similar colour and same b/k to yours with silver wheels. Silver (or shade of) would compliment your f/r lights and black bbk calipers. Having said that hellraiser's zed is red with similar wheels to yours also in white and was selected by members of the public at the recent Beaulieu Simply Japanese as one of the 16 cars for the final judging...

- Diff oil
Where do you get 1.3 ltrs from?- Diff oil
Either, the differences are the volumes required.- Diff oil
From the FSM: http://www.300zx.co.uk/tech/manual/manual/ma/010.gif http://www.300zx.co.uk/tech/manual/manual/ma/011.gif I use Redline 75W90 Differential Oil.- Spotted this weird car today but what is it?
- Hid lights
Yes, this is the method I used: http://www.zcar-owners.net/cgi-bin/diy_bbs/cbbs.cgi?mode=al2&namber=25&rev=&no=0 It makes an amazing difference and avoids having to split the headlights. You can also clean the rear of the projector lens using the same technique.- Hid lights
Don't forget to give your light's optics a good clean. - Diff oil
