Nissan 300zx needing spolier
You sure you are not missing the OEM trims (arrowed). And yes I do have a KarumaZ rear spoiler ('89 spec) spare. It will require work to make it fit properly, but has the best surface finish (for a fibreglass replica).

injector parts
Pintle caps are designed to reduce the effects of heat soak baking any fuel residues onto the pintle tips which can occour after engine shut down (heat from cylinders with open intake valves can rise into the injector area). Over time a buildup of residue can lead to poor injector performance.

What battery are you using??

Rust inside the rear arch & brake pipes.
Agreed - stainless steel bolts are usually around Grade 2 (ebay junk qty), and in nearly all cases, much less than Grade 5. They should not be used in any application that requires hardened steel - Grade 5 or Grade 8, or above.

Awesome UK Z
A full Nissan history? How many Nissan dealers are still around who even know what a 300ZX is, let alone know how to correctly service one? To be fair an F40 is in a rather different space to the 300ZX, and if I was paying F40 money, then yes I would be suspicious of missed official servicing!

I don't have access to the test centre information Gary. Maybe someone in the trade can? As to the http://www.gov.uk/check-mot-history they state "You can only get test results from 2005 onwards for tests done in England, Scotland or Wales".

Based on the registration being J235 DYL then the car's MOT history is shown below. No MOT history since June '07 (untaxed since Feb '07) So looks like 2nd owner put 8K miles on in first year of ownership and then kept the car off the roads.
