Toyota Camry 3.0v6 lumps into an mr2 mk2 is a common conversion. Have also heard of a v8 conversion on an mr2 mk1 !

Just spoke to a guy i know who sells supras, the aerotop was available in both n/a & tt, both only available with auto box. If you see a 6 spd aerotop, it's been converted, quite a common conversion too.

I am 99.9% certain that there is a TT aerotop, but it's only available as an auto, however, some do convert them. Edit, in fact i know a bloke who has a tt aerotop, so they do exist.

As Bubbles says, an mr2 turbo. You won't be dissapointed. Not as fast in stock trim as you'd think, but the driving experience is half the fun.

He's been watching too many 'fast & furious' films! Without a turbo or nitrous, he'd struggle to get 350bhp, let alone 500 or even 800bhp! :headvswal

Well spotted :nelson: lol, then yeah... he's dreaming, unless he does an engine swap with some big yankee motor! He's never gonna get 800bhp from an n/a supra, especially without nitrous. (i'll bet thats rwhp he's on about too!)

Theres a single turbo conversion available for the n/a supra, depending on how mad you go, can see around 400-500bhp from one (iirc!), so i suppose if his wallets deep enough, he could get more, but 800bhp is a little unrealistic i reckon.

I think it's the sequential turbo's that people don't like, 1st one comes in at about 2k then the 2nd at about 4k, so you don't get the hit of both tubs as you do in a z. Not much lag though. I had a mk4 supra n/a and have driven tt's aswell. What they lack in character & pedigree, they more than make up for in build quality & driveability. They are put together like lego, very easy to work on, sure they have crap dashboards & odd headlights, but it all depends what you want from the car. Just get out & drive a few, see what you think.

Believe me Marcus, your z IS a minter, seen loads of z's at shows and yes, there are better ones about, but they've had £'s thrown at them to look that way. That z is pretty much original condition, the paint is flawless. There are far worse examples out there, have seen some real 'sheds' descibed as mint condition. If i ever buy another z, it will be that one back from you, obviously for a greatly reduced price, because it's not mint anymore! ;) Also... yes the wheels are Konieg.(sp?)

Hate those stick on dash kits on any car, not just a z, just don't look right at all. But i really really really hate those 'afterburner' style rear light conversions, they look fecking awful. They look worst on an mr2, but they can completely kill the rear end of any car. All this is imo, before i get flamed! ;)

I thought all top secret cars were gold? Just another bullshit ebay ad! The 2nd r34 is gorgeous, shame about the price tag though!
