  1. Had front & rear strut braces from them, deffo use again. :)
  2. Yep, definately a prelude. lmao at the 'ferocious' sun strip
  3. lose the decals & fit the original rear lights back & that would be near perfect.
  4. 1.When riding on the road, you have to think for every other road user too. 2.Look through car windscreens, beyond the car itself, whats behind/ beside it etc.... 3.Beware of sheltered areas in winter/wet weather, ie: hasn't thawed out or dried up as much, wet leaves too. 4.Stay off those fookin' black lines in the road, where they've been repaired/bodged, fookin' lethal! 5.When riding ruts off road, look to the end of the rut, not your front mudguard, that way you should make it to the end of it! Most of these should be common sense to any biker & come naturally really.
  5. Thats not a bad price, has it gone up from last year? I was with houghtons for 2yrs, on the 3rd year they put it up by £150! Said they couldn't better it, so i went elsewhere.
  6. Yep, that first one looks nasty, i hate those afterburner rear lights, on any car, especially mr2's, they look awful. The second one is much better, gtchris has a good reputation amongst mr2 owners too. If you have £8.5k to spend & want an mr2 that'll kill pretty much anything on the road, take a look at this one.. http://www.harlow-jap-autos.co.uk/Drag.MR2.html I have an mr2 turbo, running approx 270bhp, and to say it's nippy is an understatement, can't imagine what 500+bhp would be like!!
  7. http://www.scooterbbs.com/board/DCForumID1/26718.html A long read, but very funny!

  10. Sounded real good, until that 'bloke' started singing! You're right, the riff is excellent, why spoil it with that awful singing! (imo, before i get flamed!), a bit like sepultura, awesome 'till he starts singing! :wack:
  11. Who cares, that is absolutely gorgeous! lol @ the bidding though!
  12. Hope you got what you wanted for her mark, you still gonna make some of the reading meets?
  13. Usual place, Nr madjeski stadium. Anyone going?
  14. Have a look at this one, looks very nice.. 8th one down...

Had a z and a supra, the z is far more exclusive, not many people know what it is, draws a lot of attention, whereas the supra, all the chavs know what it is because of the fast & furious, kinda draws the wrong type of crowd really. Excellent cars though, typical toyota build quaility (lego), superbly reliable, very tuneable. But then mr toyota did have 2yrs to study the z before releasing the mk4 supra, so he knew what he had to beat.
  18. Exactly, the same old rubbish.
  19. Very clever, that must've took some doing!
  20. Best wishes, hope he recovers soon.
  21. Yep was a metal gasket, but it was the orangey 'dribble' that did the sealing, just melted! :headvswal
  22. Thought i'd show you guys these pics, taken today of a rover 75 with headgasket failure, the mechanic is a mate of mine and had this car in for the said job, he was utterley gobsmacked at the state of it. The owner reckons it had only just started to show any signs of gasket failure! (He's lying!). He reckons this is just one of the reasons rover went under, using cheap crappy parts like this headgasket, from a buisness point of view he loves rovers, they keep him busy. But as a every day car he wouldn't have one if he was given it, but saying that, he reckons he might end up being given this one! Cheap headgasket.... Is it coolant, or is it a sick bucket? All this damage due to a crap gasket! Note the oil around the liners, there should be coolant there, also the liners had moved due to the heat and damaged the head! And to make things worse, this is the customers 3rd rover, similar things have happened to the others too, you'd of thought he'd of learnt by now......buy japanese!
  23. Had a set of falkens, now have a set of kumho ecstas, just as good imo...
  24. Yep, will be there next month, nah, not a shame about the scooby! :D What is it with surrey scoobies & roundabouts? Thats the second one thats binned it on that roundabout, don't they have roundabouts in surrey? :wack:
  25. So thats why your z only had one seat in it at the reading meet! Looks good mate.
