anyone know where theres a repatable garage for vw in or around norwich. Because we have a vw beetle 1.9 desil 04 plate and dont really want to take to robinsons ,basically an emistions light has come on. i know its not a 300 but it would be nice if someone new.

may i aske which bolt you had trouble with,because im not a machanic but done mine over a couple weekend on my own slowly but im intrested not only for me but others too.?

oil and water can only be head gasket.even if you have quote rebuilt engine .like a macarno set an engine is just parts until put together correctly.first why was the engine built, sorry rebuilt in the fist place ,secondly how and how much was tacken of the skimed head if atall ,and if did how much and did a reinforced head gasget go back on or a cheap one look recepts and aske.and finnally even if you had a conprestion test done and a pressure check if the head had been leaking on internally exhaust side you proply would not have got the oil and water mixed up in block to notice the murky sludge you get under the oil filler cap nor the water bottle bubbling ,you would have just got smoke from exhaust...oil and water mixed.not tubs def head gasget.

your tubs are t25 you can have your tubs internals machined to take the t28s compressor on the standered unit and it will not afect anything ,no diff nothithing except same boost no lag and more boost for longer wicth means more power

the t28s was the option that i was going to go for but sadly didnt have the funds. im at the understanding they spool up the same with no lag but run so much more boost for longer. ? Are you buying new.

In a word without being slanderous i have tacken my tubs of and had a garage strip them whilst i was making my mind up of whicth route to take.whilst this was happening i found someone on here who could do the same work on them for over half price, So i rang them up and offered to pay for any time they had spent on them, no no problem well pack them up in a sealed bag and promply send them back. of which they did ,so paid for the post and got them back. Since them got them back and sent two sealed bags of parts of tubs to person on here then tonight got phone call. SEAL PLATE RETAINING CIRCLIP x2 SHIM FOR OIL DEFLECTOR X 2 OIL DEFLECTOR GUESS WHAT X 2 ? Whats the odds that somehow three parts on two tubs excactly the same go missing somehow? But my main question is is there soneone outthere has two knakkerd tubs that they havent binned yet so i can get my hands on the two oil defectors that we so far cant sorce>:cry::cry::cry::cry::cry::cry::cry:

im sorry to say this but im probly going to grt in trouble .not that im anyway sugestion this but.the place would be in cinders.i woulnt let these ****kers get away with it ; sorry ive changed my mind ,what there doing is holding your car as ranson ,not sugest kiddkapping there famliy but if shit hits the fan ,well what can i say i would not stand for it.

same old story, if your a suday driver that likes kicking back and enjoys your car for what it is an once in a while use or and abuse the auto box on a tt thats fine but if on the other hand you couldnt wait to buy a 300 and setteled for an auto and given the chance cane it when you can im sorry your going to kill your box its a weak point .

yourll have prob burnt through a wire if left long enough and yes sorry to say but there all rapped up the quikest and cheapest way is a good rep auto electrcian one that a local garage would relie on dont take to dealer there charging you 45 plus anhour whilst srathing there heads.hope you find the fuse.start at the begining and check one buy one with meter.
