If you want some honest advice, if you need to sell it asap you need to price it at £2k, it saddens me to say that they are worth more and if you can take your time and spend money advertising then you may get the £3.5k you want, but similar cars have been advertised at the same price you have put yours at and not sold. Sorry bud.

get yourself a road angel or similar gps unit then you will know the exact speed, my na is showing 80 when actually doing 74 on the GPS at 140 it was showing well over 150. all other cars and bikes I have tried it in have been the same.

most NA's top out at 140ish, the clocks could well be showing close to 160 by then as most speedos are "generous" to some degree.

The little radiator in the dash that spills water out all over the inside of your car causing the windows to steam up and is a pain in the butt to replace.

It is a long shot here but does the air con display also reset itself to 25 everytime you get in the car? there is a fuse that blows that can reset the aircon and make the light for doors open on the dash come on. http://www.300zx.co.uk/tech/fuse-translation.htm Its the one marked battery on that page.

I used mine all through winter last year and just didnt have the time to keep on top of it, but miss driving it, sort of catch 22.

Definately do your best to keep things as smooth and quiet as possible, I know of two friends that split from their wives / partners and things turned really nasty with court cases and accusations of harrasment and physical abuse. Just turn a blind eye to any comments try not to argue about anything and after a while (read about 10 years) things might get easier.

The PTU is what I reckon they mean by spark plug thingy, certainly sounds like it to me, easiest thing to do is find someone with a good one, try it and if it works replace it.
