  1. Its amazing how these big companies dont manage to realise its an import when they take your money but when it comes to giving something back in an instant they see the error (get out clause), a synical person would say they see it as easy money and realise they will never have to pay out or do any work.
  2. If it is a Z31 then some do have the old style cap and rotor.
  3. I guess lots of places sell them for the Z31.
  4. Looks like a bottle of Nitros Oxide.
  5. Just looks like a bumper extension to me.
  6. The ones from the states will need to be modified, the ones from Smithy are a direct replacement.
  7. Certainly is my car, that was taken the day I went down to Southampton to pick her up, a few years ago now.
  8. I cant be 100% sure from the photo but if they are the same as the ebay ones then they wont be a direct fit and will need altering to fit RHD cars, the only ones I am aware of readily available in the UK to fit directly are from Alunox, more expensive but a much better item.
  9. I have an odometer and probably the full set of bulbs to go with, I could be persuaded to sell them for £25.
  10. I owned a Volvo 740 estate, when I sold it 10 years ago it had 260k miles on the clock, and its still going strong today, god knows what the mileage is now.
  11. The only difference I am aware of is NA to TT, from memory I think NA is 26mm, a search of the forum will confirm this.
  12. They are sending the wiring harnesses as well :nana2:
  13. The car ran a LOT of NOS, no engine work that I am aware of, supposedly had Nismo headers which are rare, did he give you a print out of whats been done to it as he use to have it all listed, if not I will look and see if I still have a copy.
  14. The previous owner had been trying to sell it for two years and it just sat on his drive all that time.
  15. Hello and welcome, that is chopper's old car !!
  16. No issues for me and had the bonnet fitted for a couple of years now.
  17. I use to sell them for £75 each, not that hard to find if you know where to look.
  18. I should think the paint forumla will still exist, ICI for example have formulas going back many many years, as long as you have the code they can find it, unless of course the paint was mixed by eye in which case some people can match it but they are few and far between, failing that then you can get the paint matched by a sample via a machine, where it looks and prints out the closest match it can, the machines are expensive though and would probably have to be sent away to be sorted at cost.
  19. The tint change between import and UK spec but not the size.
  20. The TT will give better MPG for motorway cruising due to different gearing, although the NA is noticebly more reliable, especially in your price range, you will see 20ish MPG from an NA at 70 mph.

They often fit the front position aerial switch there, the aerial may have been removed and just the switch left if it does not seem to do anything, otherwise it could be anything, try following the wiring if the suspence is too much.
  22. All this talk of vents gives me just the excuse i need to post another picture of mine ! [/img]
  23. Are there any issues with rain water getting into the engine bay and onto those already delicate connections? especially the ones on the firewall?
  24. I use more than, costs the same as Tesco a month for me and gives an extra £3k cover on vets bills.
