  1. Sorry to hear that, if the lump in the road has already been reported then the council will have to pay for the repair, not sure how you check on it though.
  2. Every time he opens his gob I am worried !!
  3. Looks way to far out to even consider fitting I am afraid, dont forget, you do rely on them to stop you hitting things !!!
  4. 31 - 42nm, 3.2 - 4.3 kgm, 23 - 31 ftlb :D
  5. I looked into this and found some universal ones at Demon Tweeks I think it was but decided to go for origional Nissan as they looked quite a but different and not sure they would have worked as well.
  6. Had my Clifford system on the zed for at least 5 years, no false alarms and worked perfectly since day one, I think finding the right fitter is as important as the right alarm, wiring them in is a pain in the arse for a good reason.
  7. I wish, been looking a few verts lately though, getting tempted to do something similar.
  8. Low autobox fluid, blocked PCV valves are a couple of possibles, I am sure loads more will be mentioned soon.
  9. Perhaps it had a read fog and someone took it off or a reversing light was made into a fog light but the bulb blew, maybe front bumper aerial, maybe even the big button to the worlds nuclear arms !!!
  10. It would be lighter and have an NA diff but the cost makes it a silly idea unless your doing the work yourself or own a vert.
  11. That just shows you how much the public believe all they read and their opinions sway by them, the truth is she came across as vulgar a lot of the time and her husband was let out of prison for beating someone with a golf club, I personally would not watch or buy anything related to her, feel sorry for the kids but cant see them growing up as well adjusted humans either, I hope they prove me wrong.
  12. Nice mats on there as well !! if anyone is thinking of ordering let me know :hyper:
  13. Hi there and welcome, if you want any help give me a shout.
  14. Surely as they are two different things its more like Potatoe Tomatoe ?
  15. The Nismo rear gearbox mount mentioned here is actually designed for the 240SX and just happens to fit the 300ZX minus, if memory serves me right a couple of fittings for the standard exhaust so its a possibility.
  16. Except they are both different items and the EGR systems is not whats in the picture :slap:, AIV goes from echaust to inside the wings, EGR goes from exhaust to behind the plenum :)
  17. http://s95014253.onlinehome.us/63104/137858.html A LINK .....
  18. Its part of the AIV system, removed by many with no harm.
  19. They are different for TT/NA, SWB/LWB auto or manual, I would go for a one piece prop and new gearbox mount as well .
  20. urgh ...... :hurl:
  21. I would want a bit more than your thinking of paying unfortunately, £2000, but its the first of the K series shape and well looked after.
  22. Black Zed seen heading down London Road in Ipswich at 9.45am on Sunday the 15th March, was it you?
  23. I would go for the ZX or GSXR, and, I just happen to be selling my GSXR750 this year if your interested.
  24. A lot depends on who mixed the paint on your origional respray and wether they got it right, if not then your never going to get an exact match, if that was the case using a magic eye (paint scanner) would be the best bet, when I worked for ICI there were people that could do it by eye but they had years and years of experience.
