  1. I bet these guys won't be drawing their pensions lol!
  2. Mine used to, but eventually I got the missus to choke it:x:
  3. Had the beta version for a few months now. Apart from some minor authentication issues, when I took it into work, it seems stable. Your final versions should be much better.
  4. So sorry to hear about this. You never think it could happen to your own. Our thoughts are with yourselves and Charles's family.
  5. Remember don't eat that before going to see Chubby Brown. If you get up for a sh1t, he'll take the p1ss out of you too. :D
  6. Caerdydd 4 PNE 1 :o
  7. That's the worst PNE performance I've ever seen. Premiership dreams my ass
  8. Sorry to hear about this cheeky tw@t. If you do find any footage then I think you could back this up with "witnesses."
  9. I wonder what the top end is on it now
  10. OK, remind me to contact the Oracle for a reality check next time. My car's 18 years old so I guess that makes it even slower
  11. I wonder how difficult it is to remove the 155 limit on these cars as it's a piece of cake on the EPROM'd Zed ECU?
  12. They are very high-revving engines compared to ours too. Has anyone on here safely exceeded the 8K rpm mark? If so, I think that would be a better way to go instead of all-out boost in narrow rev bands.
  13. Not everyone looks at the join date. If something cheap comes up it's so easy to jump in with both feet. Feel sorry for those guys.
  14. Aww - for sure, or the RS6 avant/RS8 - very quick all rounders.
  15. OK mate, he undertook other cars at |30mph+ but hey, he wasn't trying  Here's the STOCK figures. There's only 34 lb-ft difference in stock torque (I think most of us agree that BHP is misleading so I always prefer to talk torque.) The RS-4 will lose some of this through its drivetrain and the Zed has been modified. The Z32 also weighs 1435Kg, the RS-4 weighs in at 1650Kg. RS-4:- Displacement cu in (cc): 254 (4163) Power bhp (kW) at RPM: 420(323) / 7800 Torque lb-ft (Nm) at RPM: 317(430) / 5500 Redline at RPM: 8250 The 3.0 L (2960 cc) VG30DETT produces 280 hp and 283 ft.lb when mated with a 4 speed automatic transmission. When used with a 5spd manual transmission, it was rated at 300hp and 283tq.
  16. May as well fit a CPU fan in the pipes:rolleyes:
  17. I've heard about the M6 toll/race track LOL! An M3 was my only other kill last year, but that wasn't a CSL. Nice one!
  18. The one on the M6 was an RS-4, my mate's is an S4. I've got a lightweight flywheel, running up to 15 psi boost, JWT de-limited chip with increased rev limiter, an HKS induction kit and an unknown but wide Japanese performance exhaust. Nothing special really. Besides the boost increase, the flywheel was probably the best mod for acceleration tbh.
  19. Ta. One of the lads in work has just bought an S4. It's very nice inside and out and I'd gladly swap it for my Zed, but I just had to tell him the M6 story :D
  20. I know when people are trying. They don't go over |30 otherwise!
  21. Managed to out-accelerate one of these fairly easily on the M6 the other day. It didn't seem that quick for a 350hp car. The driver eventually slowed down to 45mph to see what it was LOL! Do they lose a lot through the extra diff?
  22. Congratulations! You've got lots to look forward to.
  23. Hell, I'm not going near your house  :D
