  1. Completely stumped!! All i can say is with more info it's easier...Is all you've got a tel. no.? If it were a website with no address for example you can do a 'who is' search....http://www.networksolutions.com/whois/index.jsp...Want to know myself now!!
  2. Is it too top secret to post up? Pm it to me and i'll have a gander..
  3. Not really but if you google it it, and it's a business or has been posted on a forum etc then it might point you in the right direction....
  4. Bloody Hell!!!!.......Anyone got an Artic' I can borrow??!!!!
  5. I saw a pic on here a few days ago of an interior rear of a 2+2 with a baby seat fitted...Whoever it was was going to post a pic without the baby seat to better show the interior.....might have been a seatbelt query or a re-trim query...i've looked everywhere but can't find it but it's definately here somewhere!
  6. Looks good in terms of driveability too! http://cars.uk.msn.com/News/car_news_article.aspx?cp-documentid=3272973
  7. I thought you said you were coming up on him at 59mph?? :slap: :p
  8. I'd ditch the "then after the shave i use an exfoilating face scrub on my neck" or if you must do this then exfoliate before shaving as i occasionally do.... Then, Hot (practically boiling!)water to shave, and then cool the face with cold, cold water before applying a moisturising shave gel... Quite liberating giving advice on male grooming! If the mrs sees this thread though i'll be ripped to shreds!
  9. Znut..Exactly my point! ...perhaps this is a Disgruntled Ex wife trying to hunt him down.....This would be the easiest way for my mrs to get hold of me if ever i left her! Especially after all the 'you spend more on that car, than you do on me' comments in the last 4 years!!....
  10. best to post up who you are first really as i'd be highly suspicious of anyone asking for my details unannounced :nono: ......this seems like a great way to find someone who's pi55ed you off on the road and take revenge.... ...Food for thought, or my guilty conscience :D I i wanted to buy or find it i'd post up who i am, where i am and where i can be contacted if i were you fella!
  11. Can someone photoshop the red and silver on your current pic for you? (Definatly a No No on the gold centres - to Subaruesqe and the Z doesn't need to be anything but itself!) The photoshop pics would also help me with the same dilemma!! (Gunmetal Centres or Chromed...
  12. I'd just get a heavy duty tarpaulin then and cover the car with Blankets first! ;-).... Take the wheels of as well if its longer than a couple of months. Preserve the tyres and give added security!
  13. Lights, Then brakes (Bigger discs!) and ultimatly, a six speed gearbox like the 911's and even poopras from the same era, which would make me consider using the car as a daily driver again and drop the revs when cruising on the motorway! I'm monitoring this site regularly, http://www.bilski.net/images/Z33_Tranny_In_Z32/ ....Desperate for the write-up as my gearbox is shot and i'd love to do this mod!!!
  14. here you go... http://www.carcoon.co.uk/
  15. Do a search on google for 'carcoon'...depends on your budget but a really nice piece of kit if your not going to need the car regularly..
  16. Thank god for BigDave ZX!!...I was about to go to bed and thought i'd missed it and i now get to watch the full episode!....If all else fails, try Wales!!!!
  17. Si, See my previous post in the cars for sale section. Massive place in my heart for these cars. I sold my Standard Audi 80' coupe 1.8 a while ago and it was the best and most reliable car i ever owned -Fact. Obviously the forerunner to the model pictured in your post, but similar in engineering quality, design and reliability. These motors are literally bomb proof, and despite this being a Nissan forum, i can honestly say that i believe that audi engineering is second to none. Even down to things on the car like the way the door seals are doubled up to provide better seal and noise reduction on my 1986 coupe made it a joy to maintain. I sold mine to another Z owner on the forum before Chrimbo as the mrs couldn't park her car on the drive with me having the Z, the Audi and a golf so i reluctantly sold the audi  Still i've asked the guy to give me 1st dibs on it if he has enough of it as they are brilliant cars. If i'd have had the time i'd have dropped a TDi engine into it and ditched the golf, but economy and time won over!
  18. Not a clue really mate, but did Mazda Start with the basics and actaully change anything at all? Check the voltage off the battery and out of the Alternator are smooth when running with no spikes in voltage? Does this car have engine management??? For the sake of a few quid i'd be inclined to change the plugs as well as the fuel and air filters. I'd also check that the air intake has no vaccum pipe leak if it has one at all? I'd then be inclined to take it to a decent Krypton Tuners and get them to take a look. Most will throw up possible faults for you for the sake of £20/£30 and possibly set the idle correctly etc. Could even be dirty/cheap fuel....Give it some premium brand for a bit and don't run it down to empty!..As before change fuel filter and if OK to use (Never use on a Z!) put some injector cleaner through it? My best attempt at a motor i know nothing about!
  19. Its worth Asking Nissan to Justify the cost and quote you the labour times out of their manual. Most Dealerships have costings for specific simple jobs on each model. Not just Nissan, but all dealerships, e.g Change/Swap out Battery. Change Oil. Change Alternator, Change Alternator belt etc etc. Worth asking Management as they might knock some money off!
  20. She's looking for some tail happy snow action...Get off the MAC and go take her for a spin!!! Could be damp/water drip grounding the live and closing the connection??
  21. Look at the manufacturer!! Also as i said on the other thread... " would you spend 17k on Engine mods and leave a stock rad in Situ??!!!!!! LMAO! Do a search on 'another ebay 300'...its in General Discussions from last night!
  22. TubZ replied to a post in a topic in Events - UK
    Well overdue in my opinion!
  23. It's cos it's a had a 'Honda' rebuild!! See thread on this from last night! (Can't post the link??)
  24. My personal opinion is that 'No' dealers should not be forced, that would be far too nanny state :nono: If i were a dealer or a personal seller though, i would advise any young driver to get some professional training. As people have said it does'nt really matter whether it's a 1.1 or a 3.0 twin turbo, without any experience of handling a car over a period of time, then it's a lethal weapon in any new or young drivers hands. Further, the same young driver might have written off a 1.1 fiesta driving it in the same gung ho manner... I personally feel that the general standard of driving in this country is crap and the root cause of issues on our roads. The driving test should incorporate a pre-lim test before you are allowed anywhere near the road!! It should include a minimum track/centre driving time, in order to build up experience on handling a vehicle and should also include reversing through cones using your mirrors, several reverse park manouvers, skid control in the wet, skid pan control to simulate ice etc etc. They should also switch you between front and rear wheel models so you're aware of the differences! That would solve alot of the fatalities in this country and teach people how to handle ANY type of car. The amount of people i've seen on my estate today driving down a steep snow covered hill riding on their brakes and skidding around the bend at the bottom is unbelievable, and these were all middle aged drivers who i assume have some experience under thier belts!
  25. If anyone on here described their motor as manufactured by 'Honda', then they want their arse kicking :slap: :p !! I also don't think you'd catch anyone on here spending £17k on engine mods and leaving a stock radiator in the car :nono:
