Hi Simon, My wheels are pretty much the same size as yours, albeit my rears are (IIRC) 9.5, and I'm running 235/40/18 front and 265/35/18 rear. I'll probably go 275 at the rear next time though 😉 They fit fine, no scrubbing, with my Zed having been lowered 25mm on Meister-R coilovers. Any excuse for a Zed pic LOL

Not mine - I have a loan car whilst the Z4 is sat awaiting a part from Germany. It's a 530e hybrid, it felt a bit weird at first, but got better after a few miles (once the battery died and petrol power kicked in - LOL). Nice car though, albeit a little big; but I can't say I'll be rushing to switch to anything electrified in the near future 😄 That said, I could have been given a worse courtesy car, for what could be up to a week 😉

Nice work Lee - I was going to say, whatever listing Yuasa (or all the other manufacturers) have for the 300zx is often wrong..... As they come with the terminals reversed. they might not fit most Zeds, but they will fit yours 😄

Before you order one, I'll double check in my garage tomorrow, when I leave for work and drop you a text to confirm!

This looks like the one..... Yuasa YBX3030 - 3030 SMF Car Battery - 4 Year Warranty | eBay All the other 300zx parts listings have the terminals round the wrong way...... Live should be on the driver's side, when the terminals are nearest the bulk head, not nearest the front of the car 😉

I bought a Yuasa 3000 series battery no. 030 (full part number YABYBX3030) from Allparts in March 2020 and it's still going strong. Cost me £104, so I can recommend that! It fills the battery compartment perfectly and the terminals are the right way round too 🙂
