What did you do to your zed today?
Nice one Ian.... Me, yesterday, I pulled it out of the garage for a little trip to see 3 old-timer-petrol-heads in action at the O2..... My mate asked if we could go out in it sometime, after seeing our stand at the NEC.... Today, I was planning on giving it a wash - but it's wet and gloomy. So I just hoovered and cleaned the interior whilst in the garage...... I'm taking it down to Bath for the Christmas market either next Sunday or the one after - so it'll only get dirty blatting down the M4 and back...:wink:

Jaikai - Fall & Rise of my purple zed
That's a good idea..... ......And if you wanted one somewhere on the car permanently, why not have a small phoenix sticker printed for one of the rear quarter windows. Or what about as a decal on the number plate....? Good call not to go with it on the bodywork though... Richard:cool:

Clarkson Hammond and May Live.....
It was pretty good - despite being very similar to the previous "TG" live shows...... And with more than a few references to JC's sacking! Definitely worth going, I'd say... Not so enamoured with the O2 though. You can take a camera into the auditorium - as long as it isn't a "professional" camera.... So I had to traipse back to the car park with my DLSR; as I wasn't about to leave it with the security guard. Why? I would not have used the flash - and it would have been no more of a distraction to anyone else than a "regular" camera...... And you can no longer take food and drink past the entrance to the auditorium........ Yet you can buy snacks and drinks once inside - at their vastly inflated prices - AND take them to your seat.....!!?? What a rip - unless it's something I'm desperate to see, I'll certainly try not to set foot in there again. Bad form, O2 organisers....

I must be mad
You did what....? Boxster S is a fine car indeed. There are some on here who might disagree - claiming they are "slow" but that's nonsense; the Boxster S and Cayman S are just about the best £50k sports cars you can buy at the moment. Fact! I'd have either like a shot - but the Cayman is not a convertible and the Boxster cannot accommodate a couple of suitcases for a week's holiday (Julia cannot travel light). Hey ho.....

Welcome back Jim - and good luck with your pending new purchase mate! I can - it was a red UK spec, low miles too IIRC, recent respray. Jim brought it to the Rare Breeds show at the Haynes Museum in 2013...... Then I think JaiKai bought the car off the person Jim sold it on to. Richard:cool:
