Following AndrewG's purchase, he found this for me and I'm picking it up next week! It'll go in the garage of the new house once it's finished and I've completed on it! I'll either wire it up to the main lights, or to an electric garage door which I'll eventually fit, so it'll come on at the same time as either of those!

I'll be tiling the floor, skimming the walls, fitting LED downlighters (it's an integral garage, so nicely insulated with a flat ceiling) and the Nissan logo at the back.

Depending on how much space is left over will depend on whether I fit units at the back of the garage or not.

Kinda like this - with no stuff on the side walls.

Alas, no, but it's a fairly wide single. Not as wide as I'd have liked, but it'll happily swallow up a Z32 with some space around it.

Sounds like the garage on my new house then. I told them I was not interested in it unless the garage is larger than most new builds these days. Mine is more like a 1.5. Very happy.

Good tip for garage walls where your car door opens. Fix these rubber floor mats to the wall so the car door will not get damaged. By the way they are useless for garage floors as they will deform with the weight of a car on them but good for walking on or standing at work bench.

Bought a set of them a few months back, they seem to be holding up well even with some outdoor use! We don't actually drive the cars over them though

Yes to soft to drive on Jay but make good anti fatigue mats if you are standing working at your bench or around your car.
