  1. Depends on whats being done, if it can be done in a day most go into town for the day, many i know will stay overnight in a cheap b+b and spend time around the Midlands. I would fly back home after leaving mine. As said they are the only zed specific specialist in the UK and the place Nottingham way really isn't and certainly not to zedworlds standards. Always worth the trip mate smithy
  2. Ditto, post up a pic of whats fitted mate as you shouldn't have suffered that problem at all. smithy
  3. If you havn't seen TT 3D Closer to the edge then you really must! That said the real life experience is the best :-) Smithy
  4. Lol i got shut of the both of them! But anything in life reaps rewards for effort sooner or later, hopefully sellers will realise that too... smithy
  5. Throughout all this stems one thing that causes problems often seen in the selling section and in this particular case would have helped matters masively, bleedin pictures!!!! Why oh why do some peeps expect others to purchase goods without seeing pictures of the actual item being posted at same time as the advert, yes we all know what an engine part or body part looks like, but it is for the sellers sake as much as it for the purchasers to see a picture of the actual item. It is also evidence for both parties when the sale goes tits up! It took this person 4 days to do pics of some parts and then another 4 weeks ffs of the rest of them, to me the writing was on the wall then, but just think if we had a set template that sellers MUST adhere too when selling ( like some forums do) and pics was part of it, the parts WOULD have been posted well BEFORE any issue over refunds and adddress details needing to be changed. Sorry to see another post over issues with buying, really wish the powers that be to make life sweeter and further distance their involvement ( as they should) get a proper selling template set up for selling, anyone who advertises without keeping to it, has their thread deleted. Geez guys it's not rocket science, you want the cash? then a wee bit of effort reaps BIG rewards, ask yer wife lol :-) Smithy
  6. Did TD come back to you with their findings mate? Good luck in getting it back on the road and reliable tho :-) smithy
  7. Check Jeffs how to do a cambelt in the FAQ section, this should help you. smithy
  8. If it starts to break of in bits it will only attach itself to the hot wire inside and then the car will suffer problems. so yep either it is all in 1 piece or not at all tbh smithy
  9. It acts as extra filtration, however many will be broken and run perfectly fine without. Just ensure it's all gone and no bits left. smithy
  10. By that your referring to the 11's only? as they are N/A plugs Theres PFR68 11 AND PFR6B 11C + B being Different lengths! smithy
  11. There is an old thread which has pictures showing the different lengths of different plugs, will search if i get bored lol smithy
  12. You deffo need a decent bracket. Even the stock flimsy Rad had brackets, geez Sadly i do not make them any more for Zcentre or anyone, however if there is big enough demand I could pass on to sosmeone like twinturbo rich who done the basic lasering/cutting and folding to my design. Think it has to be 15 at a time. smithy
  13. I've text him for you saying where your car is and where your keys are. smithy
  14. Are you outside with it? or you somewhere else and you think your car is outside? smithy
  15. Hmm they might be too a shamed to admit it if they did mate! smithy
  16. That's correct and not what i meant mate. Every package has an invoice attached stating value of goods and cost of postage, this is totalled and roughly 21% is then charged for import duty and VAT. Though not all cases are people charged for what ever reason, however always best to assume you will, so a big bonus if not. To claim from anyone , Fedex, post office or credit card conpany etc for damaged goods, the invoice has to be produced and only that amount can be claimed. For missing goods then the email/internet invoice has to be produced, however should the goods turn up and original posting invoice discovered, your liable for a case of fraud if the amonts differ greatly. Having imported from the many countries especially the US on an almost daily basis for 3 years, i've looked at every bloody scenario and possibility to avoid duties. So in short all am saying is, when importing goods devalue is okay, but be aware of the pitfallls and certainly don't be greedy by how much you devalue. In your case of £67 quid, your value must have been around $500 yikes... smithy
  17. For anyone thinking about doing this themselves, bare in mind the very low Import duties above is because of a seriously undervalued package being sent. Great when it arrives safe and sound, but not great if it arrives damaged or somehow lost in the system which it can. Allow 21% for costs of duties to cover real value of goods AND postage costs.
