  1. Well am for one sick of you parking next to me at shows, so i hope someone across the water buys it! :D Notice mines usually in the background for pics  Seriously, good luck mate :) smithy
  2. Good luck, an absolute pita to deal with.I tried numerous times years ago as a trader and then through a 3rd party (jap guy) z32-zone is where they were/are usually some quite nice parts there. cheers smithy
  3. Been around quite some time that now. It uses the 350z front bumper modified to fit and then it was reproduced. Some aspects of it are okay IMO :) smithy
  4. Well he maybe like his ole fella in every respect, but i bet he ain't a bit like his mum, DID HE DO YOU TOAST! :D Hmmm bet he didn't....... I dunno the parents go missing for a few days an the boy does half a job :mac1: Oh you guys see any nice Zeds there ;) smithy
  5. Unfortunately am afraid yer right mate! Stunning motor IMO and reckon just a tad over 10K ( without seeing aution price) smithy
  6. Smithy replied to a post in a topic in Newbies - let yourselves be known
Welcome aboard, :) Where abouts you from? it just helps incase we know other members who are near by that can maybe help with any future problems like.. smithy
  7. Okay, do they do them in any other widths, even in half inch increments ? It won't suit having teh same width front and back and the offsett would be a bit harsh for the front. A 40 offsett on the back is okay and would clear any brake kit you went for, on the front the offsett needs to be around 30ish and at least a half inch narrower wheel. In short, 9 on the front and 9.5 on the back. smithy
  8. Not all mate. I take it your fitting a wide arch body kit or owt are yer? Stock is 8in anyway. What's important is the offsett being right to clear any big brake kit and give the ideal lok as well. I can't see yer ebay link ( work PC) what size wheels were they? smithy
  9. Yep... There is no saga with using patience and listening to the advice you always seek. Unless you have plenty of spare £££ and loads of time to leave someone to it, then rebuilds are not an option for you. A gauranteed replacement engine fitted in a couple of days, a drive in drive out scenario if you like is best :) That said in respect of Nafs car though it could turn out to be an absolute bargain ;) Me thinks you've learnt from the past anyways eh... cheers smithy
  10. Nice wheels mate, assuming your not going wide arch? then summit like 19x8.5 front offsett around 30ish, rears 19x9.5 offsett around 35-40. Check in with Funkysi, that man knows his wheels though ;) smithy
  11. Lol no, it just does me tits in when some peeps quote all the pics for no reason what so ever when you have to see the 1st lot loaded anyway. Yeah if it was chicks this forum was all about then a different matter in that case, but it ain't :D Oh and there used to be moulds available for these smooth shrouds, but the guy vanished from here some time ago, so good to see someone doing them again :) smithy
  12. Jesus mate, did yer have to quote all 7 friggin pictures and wording for a 1 sentance reply........................ Nice job Andy :) smithy
  13. Now that's how you do it ;) Top job boys... smithy
  14. So you don't like the dump valves that are already fitted on the car then? smithy
  15. Does your EBC not tell you what boost your running as well ? or have you an aftermarket boost gauge? Though you've wapped it up, it still doesn't solve your original problem of loosing boost pressure and the car being slower! smithy
  16. Don't be put off buying it mate, the wiring for this should be easily found. Though not many zeds do it, i think if you search the old forum, you'll find it. Also on the sxoc forum this has been done to death and quite a few on the gtr forum too, so seek and you shall find :) smithy
  17. It is a seperate item, how ever am not sure nissan sell it on it's own. It certainly comes with a new sensor when i've bought them from the US. Given that your getting a ready built engine and you've no idea how old your existing sensor is, imo, i'd buy a new sensor and sub harness, approx £135. smithy
  18. post a couple pics up of yer engine mate, we might se summit that ain't quite right. smithy
  19. Yep! Once an EBC is set, you should never really have a need to play with it. Assuming it's working right, something else is loosing your boost pressure. Deffo don't go manual if you have EBC. Get it checked and set up properly before you end up in trouble. smithy
  20. Off set, PCD and bore size all good mate, same as the Zed ;) smithy
