Looks great fella, many congratulations. I reckon your gonna be a busy bloke :) :) cheers smithy
  2. It certainly does mate, seeing as Blueprint is same as the nissan one.. extra's are uprated pivot ball and stainless braided clutch line. Click my site and go into the clutch area for more info mate, and yeah all my prices are delivered by recorded/registered delivery. cheers smithy
  3. The vast majority of US cars are in fact the same as our Jap specs as regards the pulleys at least, they use a smaller waterpump pulley, hence different size belts. Marky am ordering a few more SGP racing Underdrive pulley sets complete with belts end of this week mate, if you want to join in just let me know, just need to know jap or UK spec etc. Priced at £125 all in. cheers smithy
  4. Some good thoughts there Barry. :) Simply as i deal approx 98% in nothing but stainles steel and have done for a number of years am ALWAYS looking for new ideas for the Zed and it's getting harder, so please any ideas are surely welcome. Just one main point though and that is i have to do it all the correct way, i have a number of parts laser cut like slam panels, headlight covers, fuse box lids to name a few and have paid the often high amounts of money for setting up, cad drawing etc, 1 project am on is upto £2,000 in development and still not yet ready for re-sale  so i hope ccrxxx you can the point PaulC and Mac were kindly making on my behalf. This forum has seen before someone who works in the metalwork business come along and do a product for the Zed in his spare time and suddenly stop when his fulltime or other commitments got in the way, he was able to bypass certain costs by using someone elses time/equipment, i know because i bought all his last half finished goods. Another point being made here is the committment to carry on. The example given above for some wheel centre badges, if done correctly as a business venture, initial programming costs in excess of £80, setting up costs ? stainless sheeting costs, running a half million pound laser machine at over £150 per hour soon makes the cente badges very expensive indeed and with a re-sale value of around say 20 quid a set, only someone who works in the business and can do all above whilst being paid for doing something else at the same time could do this for some spare cash. I certainly have no objection to seeing guys here getting something they need as cheap as possible, they should... So suggestions are more than welcome for any new parts :) should something come from the ideas, the person who suggested it can have it FREE. On a footnote those who saw the Howe rad stainless cover on my car at santapod and enquired about me doing more, i certainly will be just as soon as i have 100% confirmation it also fits the Koyo and fits with the centre slam panels. Thanks guys and get those suggestions out to me. cheers smithy
  5. If yer gonna be thinking about upgrading in the future mate, for the small extra amount of product cost, go for it now to save gearbox off again in the future. An RPS sport for the N/A is around the £235 area, feels no real different to a stock one, but will happily take the extra power in the future, it comes as a complete kit as well, so nowt else to buy, though i do extra's ermmm :p Blueprint is in fact a nissan unit, so no improvement over stock only that it's new. If that's anygood just get intouch through here or my website below and can sort you out. N/A ones though are to order and this takes approx 8-9 days from me ordering it and i order from the US twice weekly for various goods. cheers smithy
  6. I've ran the Blitz realize system for around 3 half years now and been well happy, sounds good, rear section boxes are stainless and look good too, Though am not ware Blitz do it from "manifold" back, only cat back systems. cheers smithy
  7. Reading through all the posts about it mate, yep it would :) smithy
  8. Came across this on twinturbo.net and it seems after reading the 2nd link that there is a pattern of these failing now quite a lot in the US, Give Greg his due, he's offering ALL his past customers free labour to replace. Anyone here got em fitted ? Is this what you raised sometime ago Mac ? http://www.twinturbo.net/net/viewmsg.aspx?forum=general&msg_id=1376685 This next one is an update with pics http://www.twinturbo.net/net/viewmsg.aspx?forum=general&msg_id=1377421 Cheers smithy
  9. His question mate was "is it the r32 same spec as z32" and yes i confirmed your thoughts for yer (as asked), however the kit above is not much of an upgrade for the r32 compared to the r33/r34's larger discs and most important part, the brembo larger calipers. It's our calipers being too weak for such a heavy car is the downfall and so unless those calipers in his pic are 6 pots with bigger than 325mm discs, which they ain't, then all it's doing is replacing old with slightly better new.. for just over 500 quid the r33/34 full kit can be sourced S/H and IMO the far better option. cheers smithy
  10. Skyline r32's are indeed same spec as Z32, it's GTR 33 & 34 you want and good luck finding em second hand at less than 500 big ones.............. smithy
  11. Bloomin eck mate that's going back some :) when i used to supply them they were z32 specific, whilst you can still easily get them, Apexi now also do a universal filter which requires an adapter to suit certain cars and they also i think do a universal Nissan one, which should by turning it around fit most nissan's and no adapter ring is required for this one. So hopefully it's the nissan universal one that Jacob above has got....... cheers smithy
  12. In the post to yer now fella, just tell who ever you bought it off they owe me a burger at the next car show, lol cheers smithy
  13. No probs mate, i've some Apexi gaskets here if you want ? yer just need to put the hole in for bolts where you need em. Mail me smithy@manx.net and i'l post it out for yer, No charge :) smithy
  14. Glad to see she's all done mate :) :) just need a few pics up now to show the finished job  cheers smithy
  15. Should come with a blue/green gasket to fit between filter and MAF, sometimes come with a steady bracket as well, though not all do. This filter fits directly to the MAF with the gasket and the bolt holes line up with the holes in the frame of the MAF, oh should be 4 bolts/washers as well, cheers smithy
  16. Well done mate, one of the first of many am sure to be rebuilt quickly and proffessionaly from Ztech  cheers smithy
  17. Well i must admit i got kinda lost after the 1st couple of threads, however interesting reading though on 2 guys both with great knowledge, looks like there's nowt else for it Jeff, best pay yer 20 quid subs mate and you can debate in the fight club without fear, hopefully :p smithy

  23. Don't think it was quite down to him, was talking to him today about his clutch as his was a second hand one he bought and is just under 2 year old and even though the garage diagnosed a clutch problem, they were unable to say what part excatly was faulty as the disc was hardly worn, fortunately ole Ginger one sorted him out  well done to Chris for making it and Johnny for helping him out  Can't wait to see it on the box. :) smithy
  24. Kirbz Shrimpo Chris@getgreddy Kanima stevo JD'S-Z Smithy Who's next ? :hyper: smithy
