  1. Only because the fasion oat the moment is to have all the inside molded and chromed.
  2. Speeding awareness? LOL Thats sounds funny. Seriously though I know some one who went to a drinking and driving one, he said it didnt change his view on anything. Here is a video clip of what the class was like Click here. 3Mb vid Stuart
  3. There is an extra thing you can get with your traction control which allows you to keep your foot plastered to the floor when changing gears. A 2nd rev limiter comes in when you clitch is pushed so your revs drop to about 5000rpm or so, and when you put it into gear and release the clutch your turbos are spooled up and you wont waste time. Its is an extra thing though, you have to pay extra for it and it is a great way to ruin your clutch. Stuart
  4. If you are having troulble getting from 2nd to 1st when rolling, that is normal. There is something in the gear box which makes it hard to do that or should even stop it if you are still moving, its so you dont accidently drop into 1st when you are moving too fast blowing your engine and gearbox up.
  5. A 300ZX is also in the film Teen Agent A time to kill I think it was called. With a car chase with a Esprit. It also plays a major roll in a film called "The Pimp" or something. Stuart
  6. I dont know. It was an RAC inspection. I asked and they said for a car like that they need a more intensive one which would take about 6 hours and cost £399
  7. Get one from a scrap yard. You should drive a reliable Z
  8. I thought all gears has a syncromesh Stuart
  9. I think its is against the law. Wheels must be completely under the wheel arch.
  10. You can tell most your self or take pictures and show us and we will be able to tell if it is stock or a modification as mods tent to have their name written on it. Also when the engine is warm, floor it and notice how far up the boost gauge goes. If it goes over 9psi, the boost has been increased. As for modifying the chip, you cant really tell without opening up the ECU. But take pics of stuff and show us. Stuart
  11. Does your gearbox make a whinning noise when you drive? Like a Touring Car? Stuart

I dont think they are that nice either
  13. When I asked about it they said they do a £99 one which is fine for a Escort or Focus, but for mine you need a specialist person and would cost £399 to get it inspected. I was on a tight budget and wasnt prepaired to spend nearly 10% the cost of the car on an inspection. Stuart
  14. Very true I bet is stunk round that car park for a while. Stuart
  15. You got a straight cut box? Where you get that from? Also you sure it was a TT GTO? Cos they do them in NA too. Stuart
  16. http://www.nissanzx.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk/TC.avi Hmmmm, traction control :D
  17. I would rather use the power to do something else other than driving round in small circles. ;)
  18. Its specific to the 300's type of O2 sensor. There are a few different tools. You can get it from Snap-on. Stuart
  19. There is an OS sensor replacment tool which you can buy which makes everything so much easier to do. Stuart
  20. Under the death rate column is a poor death rate better than a good deathrate? I would thought it was. Also all the fast cars have a poor death rate, is this due to the car not being safe or the fact it can do 0-100 in the time it takes some cars to do 0-60. Stuart
  21. That is why I said that they are not particulary safe. Stuart
  22. Why not get the stock one for thr 1996+ Z? The 3 leg one?

I have quite good cooling. As I said I have the coolermaster top heatsink and fan for the AMD and the expensive paste. I also bought a aluminium case with 4 fans in it. Stuart
