Got mine today as well, and am also bringing my two little ankle biters with us  Thanks Suzy (again)
  2. Sounds a fair comment....... Something like this?....... Not very often people get abuse here.............. well OK, not all that often anyway ;)
  3. A tow bar    Sorry for that, but REALLY!!!!!!!!!! Why would you need a tow bar for a bike rack? Sorry i just don't get it, now the socket I can understand for a secondary number plate/light board. Anyway, as for the roof rack...... Might still be possible to obtain one of these, maybe Danny at DTA (UK) can help out with his Japanese contacts! regards, Dave
  4. Ban!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ;)
  5. 2 door coupe Nissan Skyline, spotted at the Boat meet 16th April 06...
  6. Will have to see if I can find any. I've got some Medi-wipes that are alchol based, do you think they'd do?
  7. It's 12 months from date of subscribing! HTH Dave
  8. Really pleased you got it back Paul. All the best with the re-build
  9. Sorry Rich, I've no idea, neer had that one before. Have you thought about contacting you mobile company and getting them to bar them? Worth a try, they might be able to do it.
  10. Or if you send your ECU to AndyP, then he'll socket it and put one of his chips in it for you at the same time, for a VERY reasonable fee!!! (I know, he did mine and I've had absolutely NO problems with it)
  11. Some Velcro!! :D This is for attaching a couple of items to my dash, but I'll need to give it a proper wipe/clean, so what do people recommend to clean the dash properly with, so that the sticky will stick!! TIA Dave
  12. Todays results..... New, secret, location, and the only one of three vids I can upload, as the other ones show the other guys (and probably the location as well) so can't show those ones (even though one is totally hilarious!! 'cus it went wrong!!) We are also out of 'Fuel' which is a shame, so the next launch is delayed for 'Technical' reasons  Enjoy.......
  13. 1 water cooler bottle, some hose, a little water and a C02 fire extinguisher! Fill bottle with water, invert with hose in bottom (tight fit) connect extinguisher to hose, and blow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (well that's the basic way, there are some fittings and a plateform required, but you get the idea) We're going to try for even higher!!!!!
  14. OK, this isn't entirely my own work, I did the filming, and helped a little, but on the whole my work colleague did the majority of it. This was filmed today (while at work ;) ) in an unknown location with unknown people ;)..................... The laughter isn't myself! Hope you enjoy it, we're hoping for another attempt, maybe tomorrow, once we iron out a couple of problems, namely one, we broke it
  15. It's those RED DVD's that are a bitch to copy, the ONLY prog I found that would work was called DVDFab Decrypter and it does REALLY work, not let me down once yet. A lot of progs will work, but NOT on the RED discs!!! FACT!!!! My reasoning..... I've been recommended ALL of the above progs, tried them and they all fail on the RED discs, except for this one! :D HTH (You didn't see me, right?!!)
  16. Took mine to work with me last night, and for what I want out of it it was the dogs!! And we were fooking around with it as well finding places on the railway that you wouldn't expect to find. Like I say, I've never used the Tom Tom, but have heard reports that it does send you to the wrong places sometimes  Well the more user interfaces the better, gives people the choice, but for it to be usable on the N80(and others), it has to be on the Symbian 60 operating system, and according to Nokia, it isn't! (so far at least)
  17. Funny as fook...... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oCmAD-z7-mA      Oh no, looks like I'm getting the Youtube bug as well now!!
  18. Thank you. As Si says, I have the mud flaps on. When I first got it back they wern't on and it started to show on the wheel arch areas a bit, but nothing along the sills, now the flaps are on anyway it's no problem. I can't see it damaging the paint any more than normal bodywork. Mines my daily driver these days so it gets quite a bit of punishment.
  19. Someones stalking me :D  The only reason that I don't have the black pin stripe, is that I haven't got any at the moment, but it will be going back on :D BTW- The second pic down was taken just after I'd brought it home from the bodyshop, and typically, it stated to rain! :headvswal Best of luck Si.
  20. I don't know anyone called Tom  And as for his map reading abilities, I wouldn't know!!    Sorry Graham, I've no idea, don't know what the Tom Tom can do. I deliberately took a couple of wrong turns, and it instantly recognised this and gave me an alternative route straight away. At the end of the day, you only have a screen that is 1 1/2 x 1 3/4". I do have a windscreen mount for my phone that is positioned so that it is hanging just below the rear view mirror, so it's in my eye line without having to look down or anything. HTH
  21. Really liked The Transporter, but thought the Transporter 2 was typically Americanised!! I will be seeing Crank at some point, as I like no frills action heroes (like Seagal ;) ) who seem to have more presence on screen than acting ability
  22. Well it's finally turned up (don't even ask :headvswal ) Set it all up and taken it round town a few times, and it's performed very well so far. Voice instructions, over my Bluetooth car kit as well (both Bluetooth car kit and Bluetooth GPS receiver work together at the same time) 3D & 2D visual display and night colours (full details from http://www.66.com) 3D view, day colours. (You can set the language to your appropriate one) On the whole, so far, I'd recommend it for anyone with the Symbian 60 operating system (contrary to various forums around, it DOES work perfectly well with the N80) There are 32 various models of phone, from various manufactures that will work with this software. There are other versions of this software for other applications as well (No, I'm not on commission ;) )
  23. Yep that's what I'm in the process of doing, but believe me these inserts are totally fooking crap!!!!! It's going to take a hell of a lot of effort/work to make them look anything like what they should do  Hopefully I'll have them finished for next show season! What Danny is offering is a good deal by the sounds of it.
  24. Could be the motor assy, or you could of pulled the plug out! Best bet is to take the door panel off and get your electrical meter out and go checking. Incidentally, when you press the button now, can you hear a clicking sound coming from just below the drivers pull handle on the door? If you can then the relay is working, if not then maybe that could be your problem. Either way it's panel off time. HTH
  25. 124,000 kilometers (77,000 miles)
